I had a glass of it cold because of the lingering summer heat ✨It was a delicious sake with a very good balance of fruity aroma and sweet and sour bitterness. ❤️
It's easy to drink, so it will help you recover from the fatigue of a hot day and you'll end up drinking too much 😋.

Little aroma upon opening the bottle.
It has a moderate aroma, strong sweetness, low acidity, some bitterness and miscellaneous flavors, and a slight sawdust smell.
The bitterness is more noticeable when used as a food sake, but it may be good with a meal with a strong flavor.
Although it has some bitterness, it has a lot of umami, so you will never get tired of drinking it.
The bitterness seems to be an accent.
I can recommend it to those who have always loved sake, but I am not sure if it would be good for sake beginners.
I have yet to encounter Kawanakajima Genmai, so I would like to try it next time.

Sake with a higher alcohol content of 18 degrees. It is a beautiful sake that is less tiring to drink than Junmai Ginjo. It is not sold at liquor stores and is only available at two wholesale outlets in Japan.
The aroma is gentle but gorgeous. The soft mouthfeel has a well-balanced umami, a light sweetness, and a slightly tangy acidity that is pleasant, with a bitter aftertaste to reset the palate.
Can we consider it to be from the same brewery as Kawanakajima Genmai, only with a different name and the same contents as Genmai?

This was my first time drinking Ma Hui. The aroma was light and refreshing, with a distinctive light fragrance. I found a good special junmai. I thought the shime saba (mackerel) I ate with it said it was a pleasure to meet Maki!
