We had three kinds of sake from Sanko Masamune in Okayama Prefecture at Hinada, our second stop at Go Around Osaka.
The sake is made from unfiltered, unpasteurized sake using the traditional yeast mills and Yamahai process, and the snake shaped sake is a rare brew that is not sold online.
All of them had a strong taste and went well with the smoked food platter.
My first impression was that it tasted like brewed alcohol or something that had been poorly preserved. The first impression was that it tasted like brewing alcohol, or like it had been stored badly, but when you taste it carefully, it's different, so this seems to be the original taste, but it's not my favorite. Ikatani Junmai, unfiltered raw sake, 65%, Omachi, Sanko Masamune in Okayama, about 1,600 yen, Otsuka Sake Shop in Honmachi.
We had it in Yamahai before, but this time it's unfiltered, unpasteurized, 72% polished sake!
Okayama, Hyogo, Shimane and Tottori are at a high level!
It's a very good sake!
