Sanko Tenpyo Yamahai. I drank a sake called "Namahashi" before, but how about this one?
Freshness is combined with a grain-like aroma. It has a full flavor from a mild mouthfeel, a hard acidity, and a lingering aftertaste that lingers gradually.
It would be good to drink with a solid snack. I'm sipping it with salted bonito (sakatobori).
