Birthday post-birthday celebration(?) I went on a trip to Joetsu City for a post-birthday celebration(?).
I went to the Sakaguchi Memorial Museum to admire the achievements of Dr. Kinichiro Sakaguchi, a sake doctor, and went on a ramen tour.
When I opened the sake menu, I was astonished.
I was astonished when I opened the menu and found a parade of rare sake and other brands I had always wanted to try! I was so impressed by the parade of sake brands that I knew I had to try even before ordering!
Even before ordering, I knew I had made the right choice.
First, let's start with Fukui's famous sake!
It tastes as soft and refreshing as water.
The lightness typical of Gohyakumangoku pervades the whole body.
It is just right for a starter.
I like Fukui sake after all.
