I went for a quick visit before a drinking session.
They were holding a spring deer fair, so we compared drinks. It was so delicious that I drank too much.
The sweetness is quite moderate, with a slight sourness and a strong bitterness, but the tanginess of the alcohol is not felt too much, making it an easy-to-drink sake ❗.

We wanted to drink a sake with a strong spiciness and umami, so we chose Harushika.
It has a strong sense of expectation because it is said to be "umami-guchi.
After the rich umami in the mouth, it has a sharp taste that quickly disappears with the alcohol.
It is a complex and delicious sake that is not only sweet, as is typical of Harushika.
