Mellow sake. Harushika's limited edition sake! Harushika has a wide variety of sake, from fresh sake to mellow sake. I bought this one because I heard from the liquor store that this one is easy to match with Western food.
The aroma is not so strong, but the aftertaste is amazing! The mild umami and sharp aftertaste go well with cheese and fatty snacks.
Another long time post: ✍️
I stopped by Nara when I was at the Expo just before it ended and bought some sake 🦌.
I've always been curious about Harushika's Marche limited edition sake, so I was happy to buy it: ☺️
The deer toasting on the label is cute🩷🩷.
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 16%.
Color: clear
The aroma is not so strong in the glass or when drinking, but the soft sweetness spreads 🫠.
It is fresh and clean rather than sharp, and the color of the label and bottle makes me think of green apples🍏.
It didn't interfere with my meal and went with everything: 🙆🏻♀️

The first Junmai Ginjo of the 2025 brewing year (2024BY) was brewed in three batches. In previous years, the three bottles were combined, but this year, a superior bottle was selected from the three and shipped with a limited portion of the first batch made by special order with no-pressure pressing and Nakadori. The fresh taste of freshly pressed sake and the ginjo aroma that spreads in the mouth. The flavor of new sake heralds the arrival of winter.
Designed at 50 degrees, it can be sweet or spicy. Perfect for a relaxing drink.
