We went to an izakaya in search of Kanagawa's local sake. Sake Bar Sakeza is located on the 2nd floor of a small building on East Street in front of Odawara Station.
The bar has a good selection of delicious sake from all over Japan to go with the local fish, and the master is friendly and helpful. Although the order of the posts is back and forth, it was this master who introduced me to Suruya.
In addition, in order to differentiate itself from the surrounding restaurants, it has a policy of not serving Kanagawa sake (2 losses).
