This is the first time to drink Neko Masamune since it was transferred from the defunct Omi Sake Brewery to Maihime🐱.
It has a sweet taste with a slight graininess from the freshness.
It tastes a little messy, but it's not that bad, right?
Might prefer it to Omi Neko Masamune 🤔.
It's quite fruity and has a pungent and alu taste, but maybe it's good?
It's sweeter the longer it's been open.

It was more schwishy than I expected and spilled out after I uncorked it (what a waste 😆 ).
It has a robust taste ➕ and is carbonated, so the mouthfeel is surprisingly heavy. It went well with stewed pork, but I thought it was a little too strong for sashimi.
I prefer to drink Suwa Gozo, but it has variety and is really interesting. ☺️
It was the sweetest of today's three bottles. Even the standard sake has an elegant sweetness and umami. Is this really a regular sake? This is fine, a representative of the sweetness of regular sake❗.
