The aroma is like a pear or melon. Sweet, sour and juicy. Numbness on the lips. Refreshing. Beautiful taste and delicious.

Strong and fine bubbles. The aroma and taste are strong and tantalizing. Not too sweet and not too dry. It would be good if it were named something like "Nantoka".
8 Suiroku Ginjo-shu Super dry
The red label of the second photo on the left.
It has a cool apple aroma. It has a moderate numbness and sharpness. Slight bitterness. Good dry taste.
10 Suiro Junmai Daiginjo Miyamanishiki Nakakumi Nama-shu, Polishing 49
The right side of the picture is marked in red.
It is polished to 49%, so you would expect it to be light, but it has a very strong flavor. The aroma is like a melon. Slightly foamy and numb. The second day after opening the bottle, it settles down and is delicious.

Aroma is gorgeous.
The mouthfeel is sweet, but not cloying. Almost no acidity, but a slight pungency from the alcohol. The aftertaste is also sweet, but does not linger. Lightly sweet
Alcohol 16%.
Sake meter degree +1
Low acidity
Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is the first bottle I bought at Kamisuwa Gokura. It has a good freshly squeezed flavor and freshness. It is fun to drink sake bought at the brewery because it brings back memories of that time as well as the flavor. The package is also beautiful, just like a princess. Thank you for the sake.

100% Miyamanishiki
16% alcohol by volume

It has a full aroma, which is typical of dry wines from Nagano and the Takayama mountains, and a dry but deep flavor.
Even those who do not like dry sake can drink it.
I like Nagano sake.
Rich, slightly dense spiciness spreads pleasantly, with a sharp pungent aftertaste. It has an alcoholic taste, but it does not bother me too much. The flavor is so strong that you wonder if you will be able to continue drinking it, but the taste continues to be not so noisy. I think it is a taste I have never had before.
Suwa Gokura Tour in the New Year 2025 (1) Maihime
It's the first time since last summer.
Shinshu Neko Masamune HACHIWARE
The light, watery mouthfeel is followed by a firm taste with a delicious flavor and acidity that spreads slowly.
Shinshu Maihime Ougen label Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate
The fresh, fresh taste of freshly pressed sake with a hint of apple and a gentle sweetness that is tangy and stimulating, making it a fun sake to drink.
Suiro Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki Shiboritate Unfiltered Nama Sake
It is very light in the mouth with a thickening effect. It has a fresh and sweet aroma, and the flavor is very good, with a very nice aroma that comes through from the nose, typical of Miyamanishiki.
Suiro Junmai Ginjo Natural
I have had this before. It is easy to drink with a sweet and sour taste.
Shinshu Maihime Junmai Daiginjo-shu Miyamanishiki Polishing 49
The aroma is not too gorgeous, but very elegant. There were 3 bottles of it, so I took some home with me!
I received this as a gift from a person who went on a tour of Shinshu sake breweries.
It is refreshing. Not heavy.
Light.
We had it at room temperature with osechi.
It is delicious.
