I found a bottle of Nagato Kyo's Omachi Nama sake and thought it was unusual, but I was told that there was a tasting of this sake as well, so I tried it!
I was told that it was aged for 5 years, but it was delicious with a strong umami taste without feeling too matured.
After much hesitation, I bought a bottle of Toyoake Shiny and a bottle of Wasshin no Omachi, which was not available for tasting!
After I got home, I searched for sake-no-wa and found that they were drinking Washin no Yumachi with a different label, so I thought I should have gone for Nagato Kyo or Shinkai 😅.

It has a juicy taste and a good balance of sweetness and acidity. It is delicious without any sticking point!

I had never had Nagato Kyo before, and the label was gorgeous, so I tasted it.

It was the most mellow, full-bodied, sweet-tasting Yamaguchi sake I've ever tasted, and since I like it dark, I quite liked it.
The owner of the sake store that Mr. Bouken patronizes asked me how long I had been at the Yamaguchi booth, and we all came to our senses and moved to our booths in a hurry to allocate our time.
Before I went to the booth, I tasted the last of the sake I had forgotten to drink.
