As the name suggests, it's a smooth sip 👀
But the robust flavor will give you a big kick afterwards!
It's a great snack, and in the summer it would go well with grilled meat.
I paired it with marinated tuna, which was also good.
It is rich, full-bodied, and robust, with an impressive fruity sweetness and light acidity. It is delicious on its own, but also goes well with dishes with a slightly strong flavor.
It is probably an excellent match with char or yamame (landlocked salmon) in sweetened soy sauce.
We all had a lot of stuff at the launch.
I remember it being super dry, which I don't usually drink, but I remember it being easy to drink.
I'll have to record it before I forget 😅.
Purchased at Kato Shoten (Iida City) during a trip to Nagano
The fruity taste and the full aroma of rice that follows is superb!
A masterpiece from the sake brewery!
Obon drinking!
To drink with relatives back home,
I chose these 3 bottles this year.
All are Nagano sake 🍶.

I received a bottle of Daishinshu's Summer Sarara.
Since the beginning of this year, I have been interested in sake from Nagano Prefecture and was able to drink for the first time Daishinshu, which I had always been curious about.
I drank it expecting a light and light flavor from the name, and was pleasantly surprised.
It was the exact opposite of its name, "light and refreshing," and had a strong umami flavor that was very satisfying to drink. It has the fresh fruitiness and sweetness common to other sakes from Nagano Prefecture, and is a delicious sake that lives up to its reputation.
The second half is bitter and dry, so the impression after drinking is surprisingly light.
I interpreted this lightness to mean that it is summery.
I will have to drink other Daishinshu to find out the answer to this question.

Daishinshu Teuchi Nama-zume!
I had some business in Nagano and stopped by the brewery.
I bought all of the sake, and today I bought this Tenouchi Nama-zume.
As the label says, it is a very particular product, from the brewing water, rice, making method, pressing method, and storage. It is fruity, flavorful, and really delicious!
With wasabi daikon (Japanese horseradish) and pickled turnip with vinegar from Nagano!
