Is this a hiyaoroshi for everyday drinking?
But that's Daishinshu for you!
Clear, fluffy, fruity, and delicious 😋.
I took the last bottle to Ikusakaya. The label is classical, so I thought it was supposed to be "Daisetsuken"? But when I opened the bottle, I was surprised to see that it was from Dai-Shinshu 😅. But when I opened the bottle, I was surprised to find that it was a Daisetsukenju 😅.
I would be too envious if I could find such a sake in the supermarket 😃.
This is one of my favorite Daishinshu series, especially the field-specific brewing series.
There is also a nama-shu version, but this one is fire-aged.
It has a clean quality that is typical of Nagano sake, with a robust flavor.
It also has a calm atmosphere, making it great as a food sake!
We only have one bottle, but I buy it!
Don't be fooled by the term extra dry.
You might expect a sharp, crisp finish, but this sake surprised me with the lovely scent of apple and a touch of sweetness in the first sip.
