I really wanted to drink Daishinshu again, so I bought it and it's still delicious ✨.
It has a nice aroma of apple and pear with a fresh sweetness, and the mouthfeel is soft with a little bit of thickening. I think there is also a slight thickening in the mouthfeel.
The taste is just beautiful.
The balance between the clean and full flavor of rice without any impurities and the sweetness and acidity like apple and pear is the best 😆.
It's delicious.
I was actually going to make it a rest day to prepare for the Huajin, but I couldn't resist lol.
