🚗I bought it at the brewery on my way back from Kamikochi last May 😊I was afraid to open the bottle at first because I was afraid it would spew, but I have yet to repeat without spewing lol 😁It has opened smoothly without spewing out of control, probably because it was stored at 0°C 💓 I am always thrilled.
It is easy to drink with aroma like muscat 🍶, but be careful not to drink too much because it makes you dizzy if you drink too much lol 😅It is not only sweet but also sparkling with bitter and delicious taste, it is perfect for the holiday season, sunny days and other festive occasions👍It is also good to drink on hot days😍I think it has the best cost performance I think it's a great cosmetic 👍

This is a standard junmai made from 70% polished Kinmon-Nishiki. This is Kagataya Sake Shop's special order Nama-shu. I also detected a rubbery aroma when cold, but as the temperature dropped, it had a nice aroma of green apples and Vine ripe fruit. As the name "dry" suggests, the sweetness is moderate and the taste is bitter and sharp. However, it is not too thin and is very drinkable. As the temperature rises, it has more flavor, both good and bad, so it is best to drink it chilled.

Sake rice: 100% Hitogochiki produced in Nagano Prefecture
Alcohol content: 16%.
I bought this sake because I had enjoyed the 100% Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi before and saw that it was made from the same sake rice.
I was impressed by its plumpness and umami, and it was easy to drink.
The taste is not so peculiar and not so strong, but it does not change greatly in taste even if it is paired with a meal, and it goes well with anything.
