Contract grown rice Kinmon-Nishiki from Nagano Prefecture is used. Selected grains / Polishing ratio: 40 A great Shinshu for the home! It is sweet and tasty in the mouth, with a hint of acidity when finished. (It has a perfect balance of sweetness and deliciousness on the palate and acidity when finished. It is a delicious sake. It goes well with hot pot. I said "it goes well with hot pot" and drank more than one cup before the hot pot was finished 😅.
