But it's not too sweet, so it's refreshing and doesn't interfere with food.
An all-rounder that can be enjoyed anywhere before, during, and after dinner.
Almost white wine!
Tastes like muscat!
Aromatic and easy to drink 🍶.
It also gives the impression of a sports drink.
In a good way.
The alcohol content is low at 9%, so even people who don't like sake will find it easy to drink.
Good evening! 🙋
Drinking party with the bank we do business with and some fun friends.
Towards the end of the day, things got more and more suspicious (lol).
Next I opened a bottle of Yoshida Kurau's Kijoshu.
I didn't read the label properly, so I thought it was just a normal sweet and tasty type of sake, but it said "Kijoshu". 😅
Is it a rich tasting one? I thought so and took a sip.
Surprisingly, it has a citrusy sweetness, but it is not at all harsh!
It tastes good with a little sourness! 👍
It went well with tempura and other dishes.
Delicious! 🙋
Good evening, Mr. Sashu! I am very happy to hear from you 🙋.
Kijo sake has a strong image of sweetness, but Yoshida Kurau's was smooth and yet sweet.
But it was good with slightly strong flavored ingredients. 👍

2025.52nd.
We had it again, Yoshida Kura u Kijoshu.
This time it is a fire-aged version.
Compared to the nama-shu version, it has a calmer and richer flavor.
However, the wild and rich flavor that I felt in the nama-shu version was still there, and the taste was very complex.
Personally, I preferred the nama-shu version, but it is also excellent.
I love Yoshida Sake Brewery and their sake, so I will continue to have it.
Thank you very much for the sake.
Low alcohol content, quite sweet while retaining a Tedorigawa-like clarity.
It is delicious, but a little too sweet for me.
I was looking forward to drinking it, but I think the hurdle has been raised.
Thanks for the advice!
I think the lemon on the rocks will tighten it up and make it easier to drink!
I've only been drinking it in gulps, so I'll give it a try next time 😊.
Next is Yoshida Kurau's Hyakumangoku No Shiro.
Yoshidagura u is one of the best representatives of sweetness.
This is one of the sweetness choices at Gin no Sake Kibune.
What's that? Did Kibune-san have Yoshidagurau? I was thinking "Oh, Kibune-san has a Yoshida warehouse? 🤗🤗
Oh, soft, fine sweetness and gorgeousness with a hint of carbonation.
Combined with the ease of drinking at 13 degrees alcohol, it is very tasty.
One of the younger members of the group said, "This is delicious! and opened it with a quick sip (laughing).
and open it (laugh).
He pours out another glass of wine! and pours another glass. I'll be right back 😁.
There is another Yoshida Kurau next to it, what is this?
Getting a little tongue-tied, I move on to the next one (laughs).
I have been curious about this one for a while. I bought it thinking that the raw ver might be finished soon.
The aroma is slightly sweet grape and a little citrus. I had imagined that it would be mainly citrus based on the image of Yoshidagurau I have had so far, but it was a little different! But it was a little different!
When you drink it, it is fresh and chili-chili-chili! The sweetness of the grapes is felt in the mouth, but it is also light, and while slowly tasting the umami, it ends with a tingle of acidity.
The whole sake had a clear and sparkling image 🍶 It was low in alcohol content, so it went down quickly and easily.... It was delicious.
I would like to try the green labeled Hyakumangoku No Shiro.
Good morning, Kotaro 😃.
Yoshidagurau! We had a delicious modern Yamahai from Ishikawa Mon 😋Kochira also looks delicious with its sourness and chun 🤗.
Is it Hyakumangoku No Shiro? I'm curious!
Hi Jay & Nobby, good evening 🌙.
I went back to your review 🥳I wonder if it's the same kind of hi-iru and nama-shu? I'm curious about each other 🧐 as they seem to have different tastes 😆 Hyakumangoku no Shiro is also an original sake rice from Ishikawa 🙌 I'd like to try it 🎶.
I opened my first bottle of "Kijoshu" from "Yoshida Kurau", which I tend to reach for whenever I see it at the liquor store.
The first sip of this sake was a soft sweetness that spread out in a sizzling sip. It is different from the thick and rich image of kijo-zake, which is a unique approach of this sake.
Although it is a pure sake, the alcohol content is kept at 12%, making it a good aperitif. I would like to hear what lovers of kijoshu have to say about this bottle. Delicious: ‼️
