I was determined to have a light drink on a hot day! I was determined to drink light on a hot day!
We opened the bottle before the victory party to commemorate the completion of an acquaintance's exam.
With a 40% rice polishing ratio and low alcohol content, it was very clear and refreshing!
It is not so glamorous, but it is so easy to drink that you may wonder if it is even sake at all. It is so easy to drink that you may mistake it for a soft drink without even feeling the alcohol.
It is so easy to drink that you would mistake it for a soft drink without even feeling the alcohol. It was also a perfect celebration drink, which I will have to buy again next year... (I really happened to be able to buy it this year.)

I want to have a yukata date with you!
The one I drank at the 0️⃣ after party of time adjustment
Chose because I saw the news about Ishikawa Prefecture's lack of progress in reconstruction
First time guests on both sides of the table and a lot of fun!
I had too much fun on this day........
Yoshida Kurau Ishikawa-mon Kijoshu +A for UNITED ARROWS
Yoshida Sake Brewery
Slightly sweet and sour, with a low alcohol content despite being a kijoshu. The aroma through the nose is very nice.
It is suitable for drinking as an aperitif or for enjoying sake.
It tastes good in general.
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 11
Again, my favorite kijo sake from Yoshida Kurau, where "A" stands for acid and means sourness. It is a collaboration of my favorite things.
I have always loved the unique sweetness and flavor of Ishikawamon, and with kijoshu, I can feel it even more strongly.
On top of that, there is some kind of fruity sourness, which is like adding citrus juice to a Calpis sour, if I may use an analogy.
It was so delicious that I drank it right up lol.
I hope they make a sake like this again!
Thanks for the treat!
This is my first time at Yoshida Kura!
Low alcohol content, easy to drink but with a strong acidity! A little aroma of grapes!
It's like drinking white wine.
(I'm not used to drinking white wine at all though lol)
UA collaboration, enjoy it casually!
Just like UA fashion.
Tonight, I would like to try this Kijoshu 💁.
Yoshida Kurau Ishikawa-mon Kijoshu +A for UA 2024✨
This seems to be the third UA collaboration.
It seems to be easy to drink as it has a slightly stronger acidity. ☺️ As the etiket says, it has a fresh fruit aroma of grapes (Delaware), petit gas and juicy acidity, which makes it easy to drink with low alcohol 😋😋😋😋 The finish has a full flavor and crispness, which is more like a white wine than a sake. It is more like a white wine.
This one feels like it will be empty soon 😅.
The sweetness is not so strong when it is just out of the refrigerator, but it becomes stronger as the temperature rises.
It has a strong grapefruit-like acidity and bitterness, and although it is a kijo sake, it can be drunk easily.
It also has a good amount of gassiness, making it ideal for drinking in the hot summer months when it is cooled down to a crisp.
Fire-brewed but fresh, Yamahai but modern sake
I had a bottle of this sake earlier this year, and it's delicious both raw and hi-ire.
I still haven't tried Yoshida Kura at home though😅.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby.
It was an easy drinking yamahai and delicious 😋.
I should have seen it at the liquor store, but maybe the too simple label makes it hard to notice 🤔.
I sometimes drink Tedorigawa from the same brewery 😅.
This is a sake that uses 100% of Ishikawamon's rice, and it is added to the third step of the brewing process called "Sanshiki". The sake has a strong sense of effervescence, and with an alcohol level of only 11 degrees, it is easy to drink, but the flavor is very rich. It has a very strong flavor of honeydew melon and bubblegum right after pouring, and in the mouth there is also a clear fruity acidity. In addition, the label has a couple of beautiful swallows on it, and overall it's a very good wine!
