We slipped in and waited 10 minutes for a table at Tanakaya, Akashi's first standing bar in a while. The entrée was octopus stew and sashimi (octopus, sea bream, and Spanish mackerel). The taste was robust and the aroma was strong with alcohol. I expect it will be more fragrant when heated up.
