I bought it because the bottle was cute, It is a nice, spicy, refreshing, and alu-feeling. Some people don't seem to like the alu feel, but I like it. I paired it with leftover oden again, It was delicious again, just like the last time. I should have bought more sake! I'm going to take a break from beer again today. So.., I have a sad report, I knocked over my bike. I'm worried about the repair bill, I guess it's because I'm a little tired and I did something I don't do everyday, You shouldn't ride when you are tired. It's not good for you.

It is a freshly squeezed raw sake, but it has a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius, and I have not been able to drink it for days after I bought it. I had a feeling that I would not like it if it had been aged in a regular bottle because of its classic sake quality, but the can kept it fresh and easy to drink. It has a strong flavor, so cheese went well with it. Delicious!

Since it is in cans, it can be stored in the freezer and made into a frozen drink. I forgot to take a picture of it, but it is refreshingly easy to drink and perfect for summer, even though it is 20% alcohol by volume.

Sanko Nigori Harazake, which is treated as miscellaneous sake (2). It is sold only at the end of the year, and people in Niimi city, Okayama Prefecture, cannot pass the year without drinking it 🤔. The first aroma is a faint scent of koji mold. When you put it in your mouth, it has a rich sweetness with 20% alcohol content as stated in the description that sugar is added 😅. And there is a slight hint of sakekasu (sake lees). It is like a super sweet amazake made with sake lees with 20 degrees alcohol. Well, thank you for the food 😅.

I bought this in a can at a supermarket in Okayama Station on the night of my business trip to Okayama. It is a one-cup, slightly dry, ordinary sake, but since it is a draft sake, it is a bit strong and drinkable. Not bad for a leisurely one-cup drink in the hotel room. Alcohol content→20

Sanko Masamune's Hinokuchi Asa Shibori🍶 is sold exclusively at Sanko Masamune's brewery (and is also available for pre-order on Rakuten for a month before the brewery opens). It just arrived at my favorite bar, so I went to drink it right away ✨. I drank a can of Hinokuchi last week to compare it to this one 🤭. First, I drank it cold. The first aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of richness. In the mouth, it has a rich sweetness with a slight bitterness and mild acidity. It also has a fruity, sweet overtone. It is 20 degrees Celsius, but I drank it easily. I also had it warmed 🍶. The top aroma is rich and sweet with a hint of alcohol. The mild acidity and mild, full-bodied sweetness in the mouth. I bought it at an antenna store because I thought it might be the basic base sake for Sanko Tenpyo fans 😆 (just a sake scrap). I had it cold. The first aroma is sweet with a hint of mellow acidity. As expected, 20 degrees Celsius gave it a thumping. 😵‍💫 I thought I had drunk this mellow aroma, acidity and sweetness somewhere before, but it was Hatsuzakura's Namahashi. I felt it would be like this if alcohol was added to Hatsuzakura (Hatsuzakura is 17 or 18 degrees) to make it 20 degrees. I mean, I wish they would serve it as a draft sake without adding alcohol 🥹. Sanko Masamune is going to open their brewery this weekend on Saturday and Sunday, and they are selling this "Hinokuchi" freshly squeezed raw sake. I'd love to go there sometime 😊.
