Sanko Nigori Harazake, which is treated as miscellaneous sake (2). It is sold only at the end of the year, and people in Niimi city, Okayama Prefecture, cannot pass the year without drinking it 🤔. The first aroma is a faint scent of koji mold. When you put it in your mouth, it has a rich sweetness with 20% alcohol content as stated in the description that sugar is added 😅. I bought this in a can at a supermarket in Okayama Station on the night of my business trip to Okayama. It is a one-cup, slightly dry, ordinary sake, but since it is a draft sake, it is a bit strong and drinkable. Not bad for a leisurely one-cup drink in the hotel room. Alcohol content→20

Sanko Masamune's Hinokuchi Asa Shibori🍶 is sold exclusively at Sanko Masamune's brewery (and is also available for pre-order on Rakuten for a month before the brewery opens). It just arrived at my favorite bar, so I went to drink it right away ✨. I drank a can of Hinokuchi last week to compare it to this one 🤭. First, I drank it cold. The first aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of richness. In the mouth, it has a rich sweetness with a slight bitterness and mild acidity. It also has a fruity, sweet overtone. It is 20 degrees Celsius, but I drank it easily. I also had it warmed 🍶. The top aroma is rich and sweet with a hint of alcohol. The mild acidity and mild, full-bodied sweetness in the mouth. I bought it at an antenna store because I thought it might be the basic base sake for Sanko Tenpyo fans 😆 (just a sake scrap). I had it cold. The first aroma is sweet with a hint of mellow acidity. Sanko Masamune is going to open their brewery this weekend on Saturday and Sunday, and they are selling this "Hinokuchi" freshly squeezed raw sake. I'd love to go there sometime 😊.
