It's a raw sake with a surprisingly low alcohol content of 9% ❗️

Oh, it smells like rice 🌾🌾.
It tastes slightly sweet but also alcoholic 🍶.
The taste is still grain-like, but it's not as robust as it should be.
Not too sweet for its sake level of -16, and with an acidity of 2.2, it's well balanced ✨.
The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink. ☺️
It's a little more acidic than sweet, but it's good for people who aren't used to drinking sake ✨.
Definitely tastes better chilled 😋.
Be careful, the higher the temperature, the more blurred the taste will become. ⚠️
