This sake was born from a SAKE Kurafan. The rice, yeast, and production method are decided by fan votes, and the rice is Gingin, the yeast is Giovanni, and I had never heard of the sanki amazake moto method. In any case, Nanbu Touji's Ono-san's sake is delicious, so I bought it. The aroma is gorgeous and apple-like. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness. It was a gentle and beautiful sake.
