I opened a bottle of sake purchased at the Sasaichi Sake Brewery in Yamanashi Prefecture on New Year's Day.
It has a full and rich rice flavor.
A cloying sensation on the tongue.
It gives the impression of being richer than the usual junmai and is delicious.
light, flavorful, and juicy (flavour)
Sweet aroma, soft attack. The taste is extremely light and tasty. It goes in smoothly and has a good sharpness.
Today, we went to a sake brewery in Otsuki, Yamanashi. We had shaved ice with sakekasu at a stylish cafe. The bottle next to the shaved ice is brewed water. It is also delicious. Water is important after all 🤣.
At the Sasaiichi Sake Brewery Opening
Sake brewery souvenir
The mild sweetness spreads in your mouth and gives you a great feeling of happiness! I gave it to my boss as a souvenir 🎁 and he was delighted. ☺️
I think I'm going to drink up 300ml of it soon!
Jungin of this is also delicious!
It was a gift and I drank it for the first time without any prior information.
I opened the bottle with trepidation, wondering if I had made a mistake since it had been produced in January and had been stored in a messy way.
The first sip was more fruity than I expected.
After that, I was captivated by the taste that I could drink it without any snacks and never get tired of it. ☺️
At the brewery opening event, I bought a sake ticket and went to the booth where I could exchange it for a drink.
This sake is said to be limited to the brewery, so I quickly exchanged my ticket!
Wow! It was fruity and powerful, freshly pressed and hard but very drinkable!
I had never had Sasaichi Sake before, but Sasaichi was also very tasty!
I also eat sakekasu soft serve lol!
Sasaiichi = 331, and it seems that the brewery was having a "kurabiraki" event on March 31 (I only just found out about it lol).
Hatsu Shibori
Unpasteurized sake
With 65% polished rice, it has a good balance of spiciness, spiciness and fruity taste.
It is well balanced and can be enjoyed in a wine glass while enjoying the aroma.
It is a sake that can be enjoyed in a glass of wine while enjoying its aroma.
To me, it feels like a slightly carbonated sake,
Is it because it is the first pressing?
It was a classy sake from Yamanashi, which is famous for its wine.
I'm going to get drunk because I did a lot of physical work today 😁.
