Sasaichi Shuzo's "Sasaichi Junmai Ginjo Koshu Yumesansui
All Koshu Yumesansui is produced in Yamanashi Prefecture and brewed with one of Japan's most famous waters, Gozensui from the Mt.
When you taste it, you will be struck by its clean aroma and rounded flavor that gently spreads on your palate.
It is a food sake with the clean, slightly fruity taste of Koshu Yumesansui and the flavor and umami of the rice.

The first time I drank Sasaiichi, it was an unimpressive sake.
This time I was able to buy it at the brewery, and after tasting it, I bought it.
My favorite unfiltered, raw sake captured my heart and the 60% milled rice ratio has a gutsy rice flavor.
I can't get enough of this fruity taste...
Very beautiful with just a hint of sweetness...
It is very elegant, just like the label says!
I think I like it more with cheese than as a side dish with rice.

Roadside Station Fujiyoshida
Drove to Hana-no-Miyako Park in Yamanakako with the wife 🚙.
On the way home, I bought this at a roadside station.

It is a rich, mellow, umami-guchi sake with a gentle sweetness 😁.
Sasa Ichi
I was prepared for it to be spicy, but more than a food wine? The second sip was not so spicy either!
I got the same impression as I drank more! I guess it's more than a dry, refreshing sake!
Gentle.
Gentle and deliciously spoken, or perhaps too gentle and unreliable.
The jacket is flashy and glaring, but there is a big gap between the two.
In a bad way, it is like old Fushimi sake.
The price is higher than Fushimi's sake, so it is less satisfying.
