Business trip to Yamanashi (2)
We had a cup of Tadashi at a liquor store in Yumura Onsen (hot spring).
The aroma is a classic umakuchi aroma😍On the palate, the rice flavor explodes💣😊and the acidity that follows nicely summarizes it😚👍This is a classic, flavorful, umakuchi sake 🥰It is a sake that you can enjoy for a long time 🥳🎊.
The fourth picture is an eel for lunch at the expense of the company to raise the motivation of the young people in the company ⤴️ 🤩The combination of tender meat and sauce is perfect👌I don't know if it is a specialty of Yamanashi Prefecture but it was a very delicious eel 😍I got a receipt but it was not invoiced🤔It is cheap if it raised the motivation of the young people 😭.

Hello Maechen 😃
I feel like you starred in the royal road with Shichiken -> Tadashi 🤗.
We don't know any other Yamanashi sake other than these two 😅
They don't allow expenses for invoice non-compliance? ⁉️ strictly!

Jay & Nobby, good evening 🌃😀 😀 I heard there are 12 sake breweries in Yamanashi Prefecture.
I heard that there are 12 sake breweries in Yamanashi Prefecture 🫡I'll be here throughout December, so even if I can't drink it, I can still manage to complete it if I buy it 😊for my lovely sake-loving juniors😇.

I was thinking about the delicious looking eel stew, but you're taking it out! 😭 but I'm sure you'll do great 😊.
I'm tempted to buy them all if I think I can comp them 😆.
