Gentle.
Gentle and deliciously spoken, or perhaps too gentle and unreliable.
The jacket is flashy and glaring, but there is a big gap between the two.
In a bad way, it is like old Fushimi sake.
The price is higher than Fushimi's sake, so it is less satisfying.
Summer Junmai Ginjo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
100% Yumesansui produced in Yamanashi
Polishing ratio 55%, ALC 15
Earlier, we chose Tokyo and Saitama breweries because the line was crowded and long, but now that the line is empty, we are back to Yamanashi breweries again 😍.
The 12th kind of Yokohama Sake Festival
The aroma is only faint but the taste is very sharp 🥰.
Yokohama Red Brick: 20250712Yokohama SAKE Fest
This is my second time living alone in Tokyo.
Finally, I was able to get settled in and the first sake I tried was a sake from Yamanashi.
It has a gentle aroma of rice, and when you put it in your mouth, the refreshing aroma reaches the back of your nose.
It has a refreshing taste with a hint of citrus, and is truly a "summer" sake.
We enjoyed it with sashimi of tuna, sea bream, salmon, and squid, chilled tomatoes, and edamame.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
Thank you for your comment!
There are many famous sake breweries in Tochigi, and we are looking forward to enjoying them again!
Actually, I live in Tokyo, but I haven't found any Tokyo sake...
Do you have any recommendations?
Visit Sasaichi Sake Brewery on a trip to Yamanashi
Purchased a special local Yamahai sake
It is a very tasty sake with a deep flavor and a nice fruity aroma that is typical of Japanese sake, as well as a part that is typical of Yamahai sake.
Good with fatty fish!
I like ★★★★
Good evening, enoking_4771!
I see you are on a trip to Yamanashi 🎵.
I'm so envious of you and your visit to the brewery even on your trip 😁✨✨.
I've never seen Sasaiichi before, so I'm very curious about it 🤗
First time to drink Sasaichi. Sake not seen in the Kansai area. It has a mellow flavor with a slight twinge.
It has a mellow flavor with a slight hiney feeling, yet it is easy to drink and goes down smoothly.
The price is very reasonable, about 1,750 yen for a No. 4 bottle.
On my way back from Nagano, I stopped by Sasaichi Sake Brewery and bought some.
It has a delicious rice flavor and sweetness with a bit of minerality. It's not too strong and it's just plain easy to drink.
Sake rice→100% Yamanashi rice
Rice polishing ratio→65
Alcohol content→15%.
We had it at Houtoukura Ayusei😋 It was a well-balanced, easy-drinking sake that was not too assertive as a food sake.
Label: 🏷️
It's a mini bottle so it's on display 😍.
Where to buy it: Houtoukura Hosei Kawaguchiko Store
Limited edition sake purchased locally during a visit to a sake brewery.
I bought this one because I prefer Yamahai.
The mouthfeel and aroma are not as distinctive of Yamahai as I had expected, but it is an elegant sake with a deep flavor.
My favorite ★★★★
