This is a sake from the Sasaichi Sake Brewery in Yamanashi! I went to the brewery to buy it while I was out cherry blossom viewing 😄.
This one was also spring-like and easy to drink, and it was very easy to drink!

Purchased on the way back from mountain climbing in Otsuki. As it looks, it is a classic dry junmai sake. I felt it mellowed a bit on the palate when paired with a meal.

Fruity-sweet-acid! It has a fair amount of bitterness, but I don't hate it👍
