I thought I've done it 😅... but on the palate, the sweetness is clear. The sweetness is refreshing and not clingy, like watermelon.
The acidity spreads in the mouth in the aftertaste, followed by a lingering scent like ginjo aroma.
It is easy to drink and goes well with all kinds of food.

I've heard a lot about Himi sake.
I have often heard of this sake, but this is my first time drinking it.
It is a strange feeling to drink it at such a time, but I pray for a quick recovery, not only for the sake brewery.
It is dry. It has a modest umami, a modest acidity, and a melon aroma.
It is the dawn of spring. A pale gradation that tints the clear sky.
The sun rises with the pale temptation of melon.
