This is definitely a great sake. It has a stable taste no matter when you buy it. It is very hard to find even in Niigata Prefecture. This one has a gorgeous aroma, a full flavor, and a nutty aroma in the latter half of the bottle, making it very tasty. I purchased a bottle of this sake, but it ran out very quickly. I would like to get it again if I have the chance.
Niigata Prefecture. Nagaoka City. Nakagawa Brewery Co.
Kuromatsu, Echino Hakugan, Normal Sake.
Purchased at Abeno Harukas.
Since we used the sake from the Nonbei Yokocho Sensei, we decided to heat up other sake as well, so here it is.
I also drank it at room temperature.
The color is clear and almost colorless.
At room temperature, there is not much of an upfront aroma, but rather a hint of alcohol. The mouthfeel is sharply dry with citrus acidity, a slight yogurt taste, and bitterness. It has an orthodox, light, dry taste.
Try it hot or lukewarm, then gradually cool it down.
The top aroma is of freshly cooked rice and alcohol.
It has a pungent spiciness that stimulates the tongue from the start. The citrusy acidity and aroma is followed by an alcoholic sensation that seems to spread quickly but just barely does not. It has a tangy, crisp, light and dry taste.
When warmed to lukewarm to human body temperature, it has a light dryness that transitions from sourness without much sweetness. The crispness becomes mild, and there is a slight astringent taste.
Might like it at room temperature.
Heating up is interesting and deep, but I'll leave it at this point.
Ingredients: rice (from Niigata), rice malt (from Niigata), brewers' alcohol

Hi Hirupeko, good evening. 🌜️ I bought it because it was cosy after tasting it and I was fascinated by Dr. Fujikawa's explanation and expression of taste 😊It's the arrival of the heating season 🍶.
SAKEPOST Products
Sake made with Koshi-tanrei rice as the malted rice.
The aroma is unlike anything you've ever experienced before, and the clean, slightly dry taste will keep you coming back for more ✨.

So we were introduced by Echigo Bijin and tasted while the world's best sake taster explained the tasting.
Kuromatsu Normal Sake
It is well-balanced, with no alcohol taste, and despite being light and dry, it has a nice umami taste, and a bit of cream cheese-like creaminess. The quality of the sake is revealed when it is heated up to 50 degrees Celsius.
◉Hiyaoroshi Ginjo
Today's recommendation. It is a ginjo of Koshitanrei. The aroma is nice, but the best part is that the texture on the palate is mellow and elegant, with a smooth entry and the thickness of the rice coming out in a flash. It is very refined.
I was really impressed with the way he described the taste and the way he conveyed it.
The knowledgeable explanations of the Omachi Jundai from Niigata Prefecture and the Shinnosuke Jungin, not to mention the taste, were very fulfilling, as he talked about the brewery and sake rice.
I was so absorbed in the conversation that I did not take any pictures. I took only one photo, which I will upload later.
I went home satisfied with my visit.

Not too light, not too loud, but Koshitanrei sake rice? It seems to be Koshitanrei sake rice.
It is said to be made from Koshitanrei sake rice! The taste is so strong!
It has a sweet taste with a beautiful aftertaste. The most delicious sake at the last event. I bought some to take home and have been drinking it.
The aroma is strong, like pineapple or Mitsuya cider. They say it smells sweet.
I like it so much I want to visit the brewery.
I want to plan a trip to go there.
the seventh drink of the day
I found the best sake of the day.
Strong aroma. Smells of apples.
Moderately sweet with a nice sharp aftertaste
Ticket two.
I think I might have decided on this one to take home.
Moderate aroma
The sweetness of rice on the palate is immediately followed by the pungent spiciness of alcohol. The aftertaste is light and light.
