Hyogo Yume Nishiki 60
Alcohol added.
Color: Slightly kohaku (red)
Aroma→Fruity, as if it were aluzo-sweetened. A lot of alcohol is added 😅.
Taste →It is fruity after all. It is a standard alky with a clean aftertaste.
This is my second purchase at the direct store.
The last time I had it chilled, but this time I had it lukewarm on the recommendation of the store staff.
It was delicious, with a mild spread of umami.
I also tasted the warmed sake with "Genmaicha-no-moto", which was added to the sake at the store, and the aroma of the brown rice made it even more delicious.
The one I bought when I went to Kobe.
I couldn't decide which pattern to buy because of all the different types of chiyogami on the front.
The aroma is fruity and nice while it is fire-roasted.
The taste is rather strong.
It was delicious!
Purchased at a distributor during a tour of sake breweries in Nada-Gogo.
It was light and easy to drink, and went well with meals. I guess I never get tired of drinking it.
Purchased at a Daikoku Masamune store
Hyogo is the sake of Nada - Mikagego.
Daikoku Masamune is a famous sake in Nada, but this is the first time for me to drink it.
It has an elegant white peach flavor.
Or pear-like? The refreshing acidity is pleasant.
The spiciness that comes in after the acidity is gentle and pleasant to the palate. It is like clouds fluttering in the autumn sky.
Refreshing and elegant all the way through.
How about if you heat it up?
The sweetness and acidity that comes through with a sizzling sensation.
The sharp spiciness covers it.
It is good that you don't get tired of drinking it.
I went back to my parents' house.
I had a cup of sake with my nephew! (Naturally, my nephew had tea.)
At first he seemed to mistake me for his other uncle (younger brother), but he finally remembered my name.
At any rate, I will do my best to be recognized as a handsome uncle() during this New Year holiday.
Almost colorless and transparent. The full-bodied aroma reminds one of rice, white dumplings, and apples. There is also a faint odor of alcohol. The aroma is strong. Smooth mouthfeel. Soon after, there is a sharp bitterness. Sourness drifts in gradually. There are hints of apple. It leaves an astringent aftertaste, but it is sharp and has a short aftertaste. Sake with a fragrance.
Light and discreet tropical fruit aroma. The gap between the soft and deep umami and the sharpness from the strong alcohol is excellent.
When paired with black edamame (green soybeans), which are on sale for the first time, the soft umami of both, the slightly lingering greenness, and the mineral and graininess are best matched to give it a grilled corn-like nuance.
