I think I may have had something else, but I was too engrossed in the conversation to remember 🤣.
Chiyogami is different from the Daikoku Masamune I've had, it's refreshing, slightly sweet, and easy to drink. They use Chiyogami for the labels, and all the labels are different.
Benitenjo is a collaboration with Glass Mask? The label is drawn by Suzue Minouchi. The label was drawn by Suzue Minauchi.
It was fruity and delicious.
I was so absorbed in talking with the brewer that I forgot to take a picture of Benitenjo.

Yamamoto Sake Brewery in Kuise has closed down... 😢.
I think they closed at the end of September.
The owner's son passed away a few years ago, and the mother and her daughter-in-law were running the business, but it was tough for them to continue. It's a shame, because the mother's warm service was very good.
Daikoku Masamune Ginjo-style sake. Aged 4 years at the warehouse. Incidentally, the quality of this sake is said to be the same as that of the beef and teppan we had the other day. Great value. It still has a strong sharpness and richness, with a rich yet rounded mouthfeel. It was fun to drink it while listening to Yasufuku-san's story.
We moved to Izakaya Chieke and greeted Daikoku Masamune. Sake soko, autumn is dusk. The snack was cream cheese as an example.
The brewing water is not Miyamizu but Rokko mountain water, which gives it a very soft and full flavor. The taste was quite soft and full, yet still had the strong richness that is typical of Daikoku Masamune.
I greeted Yasufuku-san by showing him my X account screen, and he recognized me. We had been talking on Twitter for some reason. It was nice to finally meet him face to face.
Today I went to Fukunotori Kanda to buy a badge to participate in the Sake Go Around 2023 on October 1, Sake Day.
As I was looking for my first sake, I noticed the name Daikoku Masamune on the cold sake menu, which was unusual. Hohoho, they serve it without heating it up.
As a result, it is served at room temperature, Daikoku Masamune Beef and Teppan. It has a rich, dense flavor and full-bodied, with a well-defined acidity. The aroma is quite fruity and surprising.
This time it is Daikoku Masamune. It is a sake from Nada.
We went to a sake bar trial in Himeji where you can drink about 300 kinds of sake from Hyogo Prefecture. When it came time to order, there were too many 🌀
Spicy with a little bit of maturity.
Caramelized aroma.
A thickened mouthfeel.
Thick sweet taste with apricot-like acidity and caramelized taste.
The attack has a strong alcohol taste, but it is delicious with a rich flavor that mixes sweet and sour with umami, and a hint of herbal freshness with a sense of maturity. I could finally drink Daikoku Masamune!
We went to Himeji to attend the Spitz live concert.
While eating the famous Ekisoba, I looked at my phone and saw that the concert had been postponed due to Masamune's corona infection😱.
And because of thunderstorms, I could only see Himeji Castle in the distance from the station.
What the hell, I'll just drink sake and go home...
I'm going to drink some Daikoku Masamune and pray for a corona recovery.

I like the atmosphere of Dekeshima 😊 Let's go to an izakaya (Japanese style pub) 😉 I knew Osaka was good for meat and hamo (pike conger).
Osaka is delicious for meat, and the hamo (pike conger) is delicious 😋 and the first local sake, Daikoku Masamune 🍶 has a nice, calm flavor with a sharp edge that goes well with food ✨It's also good hot 🎵, but in this heat I'd have to go with cold sake!

I'm so happy for Daikoku Masamune 😆The brewery was totally destroyed in the Hanshin Awaji earthquake 😭Now they are borrowing Hakutsuru's facilities to make sake... 😌The meat is good, I'm not from Kansai either but the beef is especially good 😋‼️ you cannot taste it in Kanto 🤣

Aroma→Fruity, as if it were aluzo-sweetened. A lot of alcohol is added 😅.
Taste →It is fruity after all. It is a standard alky with a clean aftertaste.
This is my second purchase at the direct store.
The last time I had it chilled, but this time I had it lukewarm on the recommendation of the store staff.
It was delicious, with a mild spread of umami.
I also tasted the warmed sake with "Genmaicha-no-moto", which was added to the sake at the store, and the aroma of the brown rice made it even more delicious.
