At a gathering of relatives
Quite mellow and clean mellowness.
It has a degree of sophistication that makes it hard to feel that it is very cheap.
The taste of cheap sake is characterized by a strong sense of alcohol in the latter half of the bottle.
All of THE SHOT are really good!
The bottles are also very easy to handle.
It goes well with anything that goes with sake!
As expected, the pole sausage did not go well with it.
Fruity banana-like aroma as described😍.
Mellow mouthfeel and full-bodied! Sweetness too! But it comes off smooth at the end!
I like this one a lot too 👏 ❤️
I will buy again!
The rice polishing ratio doesn't seem to be listed, but I felt it was about 60 (as a memorandum in my mind). It's really just a texto.
I'm getting very drunk, so I'll check again next time.
If you drank the same thing, please let me know how much~! 😂
Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
Alcohol content: 14 to 15 degrees Celsius
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), brewer's alcohol
Less acid, burnt caramel sweet taste spreads and cuts dry.
(8/24 addition) Rice sourness is added and it becomes a wild taste.
(Added 9/14)Rice flavor swells and bitterness, with a pear aroma.
This sake was served at a Gekkeikan brewery tour. It has a strong acidity on the palate. It is a well-balanced sake with a strong rice flavor and a touch of alcohol, but it is not sharp, and it wears off quickly. It is not a sharp sake, but a well-balanced sake that wears off quickly!
Purchased in late May at Kyoto-eki because two women (of a certain age, hopefully same or older than me) were commenting how oishi this was.
I agree a few months later.
First stop on the Fushimi Sake Tour
Gekkeikan Okura Memorial Sake Tasting!
The admission fee is 600 yen and you can try 3 different kinds of sake!
I think my favorite was the built-in junmai daiginjo shiboritate nama sake 😚 It was delicious ❤️
