Machida Shuzo's Gohyakumangoku special junmai found in a remote area of Kushiro. The owner told me about the various Machida Sake breweries and I decided to try this one. When I tried it, it was just like a white wine. It is the kind of sake that makes you want to eat meat dishes.
It is quite a tasty sake...but...
It was good at first, but as I drank it, I thought the acidity was a little strong.
I looked at the back of the bottle and found that the production date was six months ago. I thought that since it was a draft sake, it would be ready to drink in about three months. Since I opened the sealed bottle, I hope it will settle down after some time, but I will be careful next time.
I found this Machida Shuzo at a liquor store I stopped by for a while.
When I drank it, I got the impression that it was light and sweet, just like now.
It's nice when you can find something you've been curious about.

I think of Mashidaya as the best liquor store in Tochigi ‼️
Tochigi for the sake shop, Gunma for the sake brewery.
Machida Sake Brewery is also my personal favorite brewery, so I finally bought a bottle that I have been curious about for a while 🍶 Nice to meet you Mr. M.M. Spider!
Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious😊.
The mouthfeel is very shwashy 🫧.
But it has a solid 16% alcohol content, so it's a solid drink 🥃.
It goes around pretty quickly due to its drinkability.
The fizziness and flavor make it drink like crazy...
The price doesn't exceed 1500 yen, which is scary 😨 cheap and delicious 😊.

The word "limited" is weak... The sake dealer Mr. Yamada's original "sixth sense" that leaves it to the inspiration of the drinker 🍶 The rice polishing ratio, sake degree, and other specs are also undisclosed.

I was holding off on sake in preparation for a medical checkup.
Fruity aroma and a mild taste in the mouth. The aftertaste is a little fizzy.

The Miyamanishiki was good but a bit sweet, so I was hoping this one would be better.
I expected this one to be better! Delicious!

I thought the Machida's unique spiciness would come the moment I drank it...but I felt I was seen through! 🤩.
I didn't feel fruity right after drinking it, and I thought "hmmm? but soon after that, you can feel a slight pizzazz in the harmony of acidity and umami 😆.
The aftertaste is also moderate and seems to go on and on and on...
Sake with a pichi pichi feeling in hot summer is not good... lol...
