I was so worried about the nigori sake that was on the line with it 😅I was staring at the fridge for a long time, a personal record 🤣. The first aroma is moderately fruity with a sweet and sour fruitiness 🤔mmmm, maybe pineapple 🍍The mouthfeel is fresh and fresh, which can only come from direct pumping, and the gasiness comes from the gentle sweetness 🤤The sourness rides on the gasiness 🤤The acidity is refreshing 🍶The first aroma is a bit sweet and sour, which is a good thing. The acidity on the gasiness makes it fresh 😋The rice flavor can also be felt and it is very drinkable 🥰If you drink it after eating cooked rice, the sweetness will increase and it will be delicious 💕I have found another good sake 💕.

Machida Shuzo 55 Special Junmai Miyamanishiki Nigori 720ml Rice：Miyamanishiki Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 16%. This was served with Kangiku last month. It is a February lot, so it is still in good health. It is still healthy since it is a February lot. I imagined it would be sweeter, but it is well-balanced with just the right amount of sourness and is deliciously shwashy 😋. Maybe I could have had a bottle 😄.

I was wondering if it was too late in the season to get it, but then I found it nearby! The brewer of Higen was at the sake shop. I haven't had Higen for a long time, so I hope to drink it soon. I digress...this one is a very vigorous nigori. I almost exploded lol. I can't say enough about the taste and aroma! I like it so much. I don't have that much experience, but all the nigori this year are too good 🤤Machida-san, I recommend it 🥰.

55 series for the first time in about a year. Made from 100% Gohyakumangoku rice produced in Niigata Prefecture, Polishing ratio 55 The bubbles mingle with the nigori when the bottle is opened. I like all of this series, but this one is very tasty 😋.

This is my first Machida Brewery ✨. I chose this one because it was the most basic based on the advice of the store's owner. When I got home, I found that the production date was December 2023, but I wondered if I was being offered unsold bottles. Is Machida Brewery like Sogapale and let it sit for a year? Please let me know if you know. Well, I'll drink it after all. I like it fruity, refreshing, and perfect as a food sake. It is a Machida sake brewed from Nabeshima, so I feel it is very refreshing. But, well, I liked the taste. Today I went on a trip to look for Kawanakajima Genmai but couldn't find it 😭There was a bottle but I passed it up lol.
