Relatives are gathering for a drinking party.
I was determined to prepare a good sake, so I bought it. It was easy to drink. It was indeed a Junmai Daiginjo.
It has a smooth taste. It was good.
This is one that I did not pick up because it was too standard. Prices of seasonal sake have gone up dramatically across the board, but I have the impression that prices of standard sake like this have not gone up much.
It is a quiet sake, but since it does not interfere with the accompaniments, I think it is a good food sake that can be served with anything.
It doesn't have much aroma or taste in the mouth, but it has a nice balance of bitterness and acidity. Then, the sweetness comes in as an accent, which adds thickness. The spiciness can be felt throughout, but I think it is connected to the tightening effect and the crispness at the end.
It is a stable sake.
Slightly gassy
Green apple aroma
Sweet and fruity muscatel and melon
After that, there are acidity, astringency and bitterness.
The astringency and bitterness are a little strong.
Slightly alcoholic
It seemed a little sour and heavy over time.
I think it was probably this one, since I was comparing multiple drinks, but I'm not sure.
Delicious is delicious!
I guess the change of taste is one of the ways to enjoy sake.
I'll make a note of it next time before I forget.
