Started drinking at 13℃.
Good aroma with a lot of gusto.
There is not much gasiness.
When you put it in your mouth, the spiciness comes from the back of some sweetness, and then it disappears quickly.
As I prefer sweet sake, it may not be to my taste.
Aizan from the special A district of Hyogo Prefecture. 50% polished rice, but labeled as ginjo. How can it not be delicious?
When poured into a glass, the aroma is elegant, reminiscent of ripe white peaches and pears. In the mouth, soft sweetness and elegant acidity are in harmony, and the full, mellow flavor unique to Aizan gradually permeates the palate. The finish is clean and crisp, making it a superb sake for a meal.
Good evening, Mr. Tsukemogami!
I'm looking forward to getting my hands on a bottle of Aizan by Ippakusuisei.
I'm looking forward to drinking it more and more 🤗.
Good evening ma-ki-, I bought this along with the Aiyama of the Moon after the Rain 🍶. I am looking forward to this one too😊.
Ippakusuisei is unexpectedly mildly sweet. But I think it is good for that, I drank the entire bottle. Please enjoy it.
The rice is 100% Akita Sake Komachi with a milling ratio of 35%.
It is very thick but has a refreshing taste.
It melts on the tongue.
The fruity and elegant sweetness comes in a big hit.
It has a good balance of bitterness and sourness that is not unpleasant.
It's delicious and I like it.
It is easy to drink and there is no tiredness.
I can drink it even if I have a hangover because I don't get tired of drinking it.

Shinshin SY and I watched a baseball game at Marine Stadium. We had good seats behind the net to cheer for the Orix. It was great to see T Okada's homerun and Yamamoto's no-hit, no-run game in the first two innings. This time, I got hit by a lot of strikes in the opposite direction. So we went to Oimachi for a review meeting. In any case, we were going to drink. I had a glass of Ippaku Suisei for the first time in a while. It is delicious. It is a drink that makes you forget the defeat.
I had been curious about Isshaku Suisei for a while and received it!
The rice is a cross between Misanishiki, Yamadanishiki and Miyamanishiki 💖.
The aroma is fresh and fruity☺.
The mouthfeel is gentle, with a soft sweetness like peach or lychee 😆.
Good acidity and relatively long aftertaste 👍
First time to drink Isshuisei, did I choose a high level? I'm sure the others must be high level too!
I would drink it again 😁.

This is the first time I've had Aizan, but it has a rounded sweetness and a gentle quality that makes the most of the rice's umami.
The aroma is fruity, but not too showy, and the overall impression is subdued, with a balance between classical and modern. It is flexible enough to be served with food or on its own, and is the type of sake that one would want to spend time with. The beautiful aroma keeps me from getting tired of drinking the slightly sweet wine, and I ended up having another glass (laugh).
Repeat Score: 2.0
Here's another story from the sister clerk.
I appreciate it!
I had assumed that Isshaku Suisei was a divinatory name. I am a Five Yellow Saturn.
It was the difference between "Mercury and Suisei..."
The origin of the name is "the most delicious sake made from white rice and water," and the conscience on the label is his second son's name!
It was introduced as a cheap and tasty sake in the Sakélabo-Chénnel that I watched the other day.
