Until now, Ippakusuisei had the image of water, but this one has a gentle flavor and slightly sweet water thanks to Yamada Nishiki.
It is more drinkable than other Isshaku Suisei.

When I drank the year-round type before, I had the impression that it was beautiful and had no special characteristics, for better or worse...
I ended up buying this one because of the conversation I had with the waiter... but this one has a good flavor just like the aroma 👍.
The last time I drank it, there was no change even on the second day, but this time it has more umami!
No need to say how beautiful it is!
Very good cosmetically 😆.
However, personally, I find that beautiful sakes extend the alcohol taste... a bit out of my strike zone...

I bought it with the sake when I went to Ise. I had been curious about this sake for a while. The aroma is not too strong. There is a slight melon-like aroma. It has a sharp and crisp taste, but there is a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste, which is a bit bothersome. I was imagining a more fruity sake, but it was a little disappointing. It is delicious in its own way, but for me personally, it was not a good match.

It seemed to be about mid-palate, but it had a pleasant aftertaste and a clear, crisp taste.
