The second drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant was this one I wanted to try! Fukurokuju Shuzo's Ippaku Suisei! Sake Mirai this time! I was so excited when I saw the menu because I had given up on it due to a storage problem! So, let's have it right away! First, the aroma. I don't feel the aroma much. In the mouth, the first impression is of a beautiful sake with a refreshing sweetness and no cloying taste. It also has a slight citrusy freshness. It is a delicious sake with a strong umami flavor! When served with a meal, the bitterness came out, which also went well with the meal and was blissful!

Hello again, ma-ki-chan! I had a hard time deciding whether or not to drink this "Ippaku Suisei" at a lunchtime drinking session at Koisan Shokudo the other day 💦. I was wondering if I should drink it again 💦 I saw your review of it and was curious.

Thanks for your comment, Gyve! Even if it's on the menu, sometimes I don't go through it because of the order in which I want to drink it 😅. I also gave up on two kinds yesterday 💧. It was so good, so if you get a chance~ 😋.

Akita Sake Comparison Party Sake #3: ICHIHAKUSUISEI This was the first time I was properly aware that this was a sake made by Modified Nobukou. Calm, gentle and softly sweet. It is understated, but has a deep and deep flavor. Maybe it's because I've always preferred Isshuikusuisei, but it's delicious! Personally, it was my favorite of the 4 bottles I drank this time 😋.

I never thought that Ippakusuisei would produce a kijoshu...! I was excited when I saw the name, and even more surprised when I tried it. This is truly an "unpredictable" sake. Named after the golf term "Moving Saturday," it is a sake that is rough (?) in a good sense, just like a Saturday when the score is moving around a lot. It is a sake that is rough in a good way, just like a Saturday when the score is very high. The sweetness comes with a bang, but there is something beautiful and light about it! It has a sweetness that comes with a bang, yet it is somehow clean and light. In the mouth, the smooth texture and gorgeous sweetness spreads at once, and at the end, the firm acidity, typical of kijozo sake, tightens the whole. The raw material is Miso Nishiki from Akita Prefecture, and the rice polishing ratio is 50%. The luxurious setting is typical of kijoshu, but it is also playful and fun, making you think, "What? It is a super sweet sake, but it is also saturated. It is super sweet, but it is well-balanced enough to be enjoyed all the way through without getting tired of it. The brewer's enjoyment of taking on a challenge was evident, and it was an exciting drink to sip!

Sake made with Sake Mirai Rice. When you put your glass close to it, you can smell the luxurious aroma and it makes you excited to drink it. The spiciness and sweetness spread in the mouth at the same time, providing the most gorgeous and satisfying sake!

Isshuikusuisei Junmai Ginjyo Misato Nishiki 2090 yen (4 gos. bottle) Today, we grilled and ate every multi-griddle dish ‼️ hamburger steak, hormone, pork tongue, and new onions ☝️ bought 3 x 10 yen green lettuce and rolled it up in a gunny roll ‼️ Now here is a bottle! The aroma is a strong ginjo aroma💜and it looks delicious🤤The first attack is not as strong as I was expecting...but when I checked again, it was so-so 😅It was gone so fast while I was tasting it that I was vague about what kind of sake it really is😱I will check again tomorrow night when I drink it 😚.
