I had it picked out for me at a local liquor store.
I had been in Kyushu for a while, so I thought I had had all the sake from there, but this was my first time at a sake brewery, and I really liked it! It has a gorgeous aroma and a fresh sweetness that is great. My favorite one!
The unique label and name, Mutsugoro-san from Saga's Tocho, is also good. I wonder what the silhouette on this label is,,
Japanese pear, blue pineapple, juicy.
The wine has a smooth, fine texture and is lightly cloudy.
The acidity is citrusy and fresh.
The sweetness is soft and fresh, like biting into a fruit.
An adult juice.

Sake with a slight effervescence and freshness. It has a fruity aroma with a short aftertaste and a quick second sip🤣.
It is a delicious sake that goes down smoothly. ‼️
Bottom of the bottle.
Slightly oily? Low transparency.
Melon, seme-type aroma.
Smooth texture on the palate.
Lightly melon-like, tart and sweet.
A little bitterness with a greef-like flavor.
Crunchy and delicious.
It is said to be milky at room temperature, but I drank it all lol.

It is a junmai daiginjo for regular use!
