Brewed by Segashira Sake Brewery in Ureshino, Saga Prefecture.
Tocho Mutsukorosan Comfortable
Junmai Unfiltered Nama
When you drink it
It has a gentle sweetness and umami taste,
And I can't say it enough.
Perfect balance of juicy and acidity
It is quite a wonderful sake!
The thickness of the layers of Saga Prefecture,
I think it's pretty amazing these days 😆.
Good evening, Mr. Fuji Fuji!
I am always amazed at the depth of your knowledge of sake.
I take my hat off to you every time.
Mutsugoro-San, refreshing, and
It's a cute sake with a cute name too 🫶.
I'm curious about its melon-like sweetness 🍈.
The aroma is not so strong. The sweetness and umami of the rice are strong. It is not light and dry, but it has a very good old-fashioned feel, the opposite of modern. I would like to drink it with delicious fish.
This is my first sake brewery located in Ureshino City, Saga Prefecture.
I'm still not sure what Mutsugorou Sanmodan means😅, but as the label on the back says, it has a gorgeous aroma and is a very easy to drink type of sake. It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but the price is reasonable, and it is a delicious sake!

I went to Ureshino's Kurabiraki festival, which was held at the same time as Saga's Kurabiraki and Kashima tourism.
The Junmai Namaisake, Spring Shibori, which was only available at the brewery opening, was fresh and very drinkable, and I enjoyed morning sake for the first time in a long time.
