I had never seen this brand before.
I had no idea there was such a sake brewery in Kanagawa, but when I asked about it, I was told that Afuri is already a very famous brewery.
It is amazing to have such a refreshing taste at a rice polishing ratio of 90.
The aroma was not exactly gorgeous, but rather soft and fluffy, which was a real eye-opener. It would be perfect as a food sake.
The letter "Q" is said to have various meanings, such as "Quest," but it is interesting in its own mysterious way.
