The rice is rich with a 90% milling ratio. It is rich but juicy. It is crisp and refreshing. The aroma is of ripe melon. Refreshing when chilled, and full-bodied when warmed. Very tasty. It is similar to Mimuro Sugi's Bodaihashi.
