This is a record of the sake I drank on this business trip to Japan.
It is a thick, amber-colored sake.
The first sip was very peculiar, but the more I drank, the more I felt a good balance between acidity and umami.
The more you drink, the more you feel the good balance of acidity and umami.
It goes well with sashimi.
At a sake brewery-owned store in front of Koriyama Station.
Golden in color, with a slightly cloying taste.
The rice polishing ratio is about 70%.
Personal score: 77

Hou Kinpo Natural Sake
Junmai Genshu 02/4 B
Fukushima Koriyama-shi Nieda Honke

A little too sweet. A little sourness is needed.
Aroma is weak, slightly alcoholic.
Sweet and drinkable feeling.
Prune-like. Or maybe dried grapes?
I don't like raisins, so I personally don't like it.
I don't think I would repeat it.
Fourth drink at the corner
My tongue is getting numb.
Ummm, yummy! I am!
The Niida family produces 100% pure, natural rice. For the future of Japan, which is full of healthy rice paddies, enjoy (the right amount!) of sake. Let's drink together to protect the rice paddies of Japan!

Niida natural sake after a long time
I used to find this flavor sweet, but now I understand it.
Natural and old-fashioned, similar to Kidoizumi Afs, Shintschida, Katori, etc.
The flavor of rice is sweet and acidic. Not quite a Shaoxing sake, but a robust flavor.
It is delicious.
Light Shaoxing sake type, sweet and acidic A++.
You'll enjoy the flavor changes from entrance to exit!
It is gentle on the palate, but the second half is crisp and unique to sake.
I guess this is what spinning small happiness means!
If you seek big happiness, there is no end to it, so it is important to pile it up like building blocks.
