We enjoyed it here at our house while watching the fireworks and grabbing some yakiniku. I got the impression that the Junmai Ginjo was more melon-like, but it was very tasty and to my liking 🤙.
160ml size of natural sake nigori.
As it looks, it is very thick and rice-like, but the sweetness is moderate and the impression is dry.
It is very drinkable.
Delicious!
It is nigori (solidly nigori) and still fizzing when poured. The aroma and mouthfeel are both strong and acidic, but despite the 85% milled rice ratio, it comes together mellowly.
It goes very well with harami! It also goes well with something with a strong flavor like Nara-zuke cream cheese, but it matches better if there is a decent amount of fat as well.
I've always loved melon 🍈 and soda, and I'm also a melon fan of shaved ice, so I had to buy this!
It's fruity, exquisitely sweet and sour, with a delicious rice flavor.
The use of naturally grown rice and the attention to detail in the ingredients is also a must 🌾.
