I expected it to be a little fruity since it is a junmai ginjo, but it wasn't. I can taste some sweetness, but it tastes quite strong and spicy. It might go well with oden and other dishes.

Impression Tropical umami type
Consistent with its tropical aroma, this sake has a slightly sweet, rich impression. Thanks to the acidity, it is not dull.
It also has a sense of rice and umami.
We had it hot. The sake has a fruity flavor from the sake yeast yeast yeast. It is mellow, crisp, and easy to drink. It went well with kiriboshi-daikon (dried strips of radish), fried white meat with ume shiso paste, and German potatoes. Very tasty. ★★☆☆☆
It was cold with heavy rain, so it was served hot!
The strong flavor of the sake's raw yeast yeast is rounded out just right, making it very easy to drink.
It goes perfectly with the sweetness of kiriboshi-daikon (dried radish). It doesn't go well with carrot rapé at all. It goes moderately well with fried white meat with ume paste and well-cooked potatoes.
I was drinking it and it was empty in no time...evaporated?
This sake is brewed with "Shinryu Nishiki," a new variety created by Honda Shoten through a proprietary crossbreeding of Yamada Nishiki and Shinryoku.
It has a fruity, cemedine-like aroma on the nose, but the attack is spicy! However, as you continue to drink, the sweetness is exciting. The sharpness is maintained, and the sake is full of flavor.
