★★★★/sweet
Honey has a unique sweetness, doesn't it?
I don't know if you are aware of it or not,
It's not the same sweetness as sake, which is made from the sweetness of rice.
It's a right straight sweetness.
I wish I could make people who don't like sake and can drink sweet sake drink this. !!!!
It's not for people who want to feel that clear, clean sweetness of sake, but it's easy to drink because it's normally sweet! I wonder if it's for women?
Also, I don't know what it is, but it makes my lips numb.
Why? I use rice called Yume Sarara.
I'm not allergic to it 🤔🤔I don't have a rash, maybe it's the drunkenness? 🤔🤔
Good evening, Pippi 😃.
This Nanamizu-san here is selling you on anmai😋! It's so sweet that it makes me dizzy 🫨 like I've been hit with a straight right cross counter🥊 🤗.
I'm afraid to touch it for fear of numbness🤣.
As soon as I put it in, the drink was very sweet and had a unique aftertaste that was stronger than the bitterness and easier for me to drink!
After some time, the aftertaste became rounder and easier to drink.
Nanamizu Dry Junmai, 65% polished rice
Rice used: Asahi no Yume 80, Gohyakumangoku 20
The elegant taste of the clean water made me drink it every day, slurping it down!
I never get tired of drinking dry sake, and I drink it whenever I have it...
Well, the cosmetics are also good
Toraya Honten Utsunomiya, Tochigi
Last week, my eldest son went back home and bought me a souvenir 🎁.
He bought me a bottle of Tochigi's famous sake 🙏.
He told me to drink it as soon as possible because he left it at room temperature for a week after he bought it 😁.
I've never had much rice called "Yumesasara" before (I'm sure).
I thought it would be light because of the name, but the taste was surprisingly robust 🥰.
It's not particularly sweet or sour, but has a strong overall taste.
Nanamizu is still delicious 🥰.
I wasn't too worried since it was fire-aged, but I'm glad it tasted good 😁.
Hi TOMO 😃
Nice sense of style👍, your eldest son.
I'm glad you got the seven water souvenirs 🤗You are very well educated when it comes to choosing the fire 😆.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌟.
They decided to go with a sake they hadn't seen much of because they had seen a lot of Senkou at home: ☺️
So maybe Nanamizu was the recommendation of the liquor store where you bought it 😁.

Pleasant aroma that wafts through the nose
The delicious taste of rice in the mouth
Junmai Ginjo-shu is a must for sake lovers.
Brewed by Toraya Honten in Utsunomiya, Tochigi
Nanamizu Junmai Ginjo Aizan 55
This sake won the gold medal at the National New Sake Competition.
This is the first time for me to buy it.
⤴️⤴️⤴️ with high expectations
When I drank it, I couldn't believe it,
It's unbelievably...
It's so good I don't even know why 😂😂.
Super fresh & juicy🟠🔴!
I can't wait to try it...
Great drinkability ❣❣❣
It also has a gassy feeling that you wouldn't believe it was fire-roasted.
Too much awesome sake 🍶.
This sake is too good 😍😍😍😍.
Good evening, Mr. FujiFuji!
Is it so delicious that I don't understand it?
I really enjoyed the recently debuted Shichisui, so I really want to try Aizan's Shichisui next 😋.
Good evening, FujiFuji😃.
Oooh! Congratulations to Mr. Nanamizu for the first time with his Gold Award 🥇 winning sake ㊗️ 🎉 A bottle that far exceeds our high expectations ‼️ we must drink this one 🤗.
ma-ki-, Jay & Nobby.
Thank you for your comments 🙇.
It was really too delicious.
I posted it right after drinking it,
I posted it right after I drank it 😅😅😅.
I'm drinking my second day of Nanamizu today 😍.
Nanamizu Junmai Daiginjo 40 Y2 Gold Medal Winner
Rating 4.5
Rice type: Yamadanishiki, Kake rice: Yumesasara, Rice polishing ratio: 40%, Sake meter: -4.0, Acidity: 1.4, Amino acidity: 0.9, Alcohol: 16%.
This juicy Junmai Daiginjo has a gentle LaFrance aroma, a clear and elegant sweetness, and a firm acidity. It has a clean throat and a refreshing aftertaste that leaves a slightly dry aftertaste.
Melon and muscat aroma. The aroma is gorgeous. The acidity is well-balanced and refreshing.
I went to the Otani Museum in Tochigi on vacation.
Near the museum, there is a store called Kikuchi Sake Shop, where I bought this sake.
I bought this sake at a shop near there called Kikuchi Sake Brewery. It is unique to the area. I had to buy it.
There were two kinds of sake: hi-ire and nama-shu, but I bought the nama-shu, which I love without hesitation.
I could feel the fresh sweetness of Nama-zake very much. I paired it with Japanese dishes such as sashimi and grilled fish.
Although the lingering summer heat is still intense, please visit the Otani Museum to feel the history and cool off, and then go to a nearby store to buy some sake and reaffirm the delicious taste of Japanese sake!
Good evening, Takepon 😃.
Welcome to Tochigi 🤗On a hot day 🥵 the natural cooler at the Otani Museum is great! It's so cold 😅.
Kikuchi sake store is less than 10 minutes drive from my house, so I go there sometimes 🤗Nanamizu-san! Nice choice👍
Good evening, Jay & Nobby. Thank you for your comment. I am very happy to hear your comment.
Actually, I didn't notice the botti at first, and after I bought Houou Mida and left the store, I noticed the sign at the entrance and went back into the store.
I tasted it and it was delicious, so I bought it.
The rice is Kitashizuku.
The top aroma is certainly muscat-like.
It is slightly effervescent and has a sweet taste. It is a summer sake, so it is refreshing and has a good umami taste.
Tochigi Ai🥰 is a favorite at both off-line meetings and for drinking at home.
On this day, we arrived in Sapporo after visiting Tomakomai and Noboribetsu.
It was so hot at noon!
Cool down with Sudachi cold noodles.
Cool down with sake at night too!
The second kind of sake was this one that I learned about from J&N's post!
Lucky🤞!
The sweetness is subdued compared to the sweetness of the green apple daifuku!
Calm white wine 🍷.
Surprisingly, it was the calmest of the three!
It's hard to describe.
We didn't have any sparkling wine, so we couldn't compare them.
It's a popular wine, so I wonder if I can find it again somewhere.
extensive knowledge
Charmant" means "charming" in French.

Jay & Nobby, I always refer to your site. Especially the Tochigi sake, I try not to miss it. I told the manager it would be nice if we could get a spark 😊.
[7 water and more 5)
And of course, the last one is CHARMANT sparkling wine 🍾.
The manager brought it out from the back of the bar because we drank Nanamizu so far.
It is an active type of nigori, so it is a different kind of sake wine with a bit of a "chuwa" and "torori" taste 🥂.
In Japan, wine is also becoming nigori (unfiltered wine), which seems to be influenced by sake 🥂 ☝️
I wanted to drink this sparkling first as a toast 🥂🙄.
I drank it all by myself 😢🤣
N.E., hi 😃.
Mr. Nanamizu, 5 up! The best ‼️
And last but not least, these twins 😆The store where you can compare drinks is also great 🤗Please give my regards to the manager 👋
Jay & Nobby, thanks again 😆.
I saw 4 of them lined up right after I walked into the store 🎶🙌.
I saw these twins up the other day by J&N with a laugh 😂 I was struggling to give them up as soon as I could too 🤭.
[Nanamizu Moromororo-④]
Next up is CHARMANT, which for some reason is the subject of a rumor in the Sakénawa area ❗🤭 about a wine yeast brewing method.
I drank it before the rumor, but I was careful not to make a mistake in my comment...(my hands are shaking 🤣)
I'm not sure if I'm making a mistake or not...(hand shakes 🤣)...but I'll be careful...
Mellow sweetness and strong acidity
It's good 😄🎶.
How about if it were a sake? Some might say 🤔 but I simply say 'I like it' when it's good 🤗
[Nanamizu Moromoromo ③]
Next up was Junmai Ginjo 55 Aizan ❗ which was presented with a gold award 🥇 and a glamorous ✨!
The first sip of this wine, with the words "Gold Award Winner" and "Aizan" dancing in my mind 🥁🎶, was... 🎶... 🎶.
In a word, "It's a shichimizu" 🤣.
No, it's "delicious seven waters" 🤣.
I guess it's a combination of the best of both worlds⁉ I have the impression that its rank has been raised. ☝️
The first two were Junmai, this one is Junmai Ginjo, not only formal, but also has a certain elegance...🤔.
But is this a placebo⁉💦🤭?
N.E., I'm so glad to hear from you 😃.
We feel like we're in the presence of the Seven Waters 😄We have a feeling that we're going to say "delicious😋 rather than delicious 😌" 😄.
Hey Jay & Nobby, howdy 😆.
Gold award winning sake, it had a cool appearance ✨😎✨.
It's really delicious ✨😎☝️
Nanamizu seems to suit your body✌
Even though I grew up drinking Fukushima water 🤣.
[Nanamizu Moromororo②]
As the name suggests, this one is brewed with an emphasis on pairing with food⁉
The taste is quite sweet, so it seems to go better with boiled fish or other strong flavored food than raw seafood 🤔.
Since this is a corner bar, I only had crab miso with my meal, so I would like to try pairing it with a meal next time 😄.
