Last week I visited Dewano-Fuji at Hankyu Department Store, but I went to Umemoto Sake-ten in Nishinakajima because I thought I could find more variety at a special distributor. (Note that they have moved from the location shown on the map of Sake-no-wa, and they have a corner bar inside after 4:00 p.m.) I was a bit lost, so I asked the waitress and she let me try a sample. Melon-like fruity sweet taste. Slightly refreshing? It was delicious, but Junmai Arabashiri seemed rarer, so I bought that one 😊.

Dewa no Fuji, you were at last year's event, but is this the first time you're coming to the sake department in the basement? This sake is difficult to obtain: 2 special dealers outside of Akita Prefecture. One in Osaka and one in Tokyo, I think. I tasted this one too. It also had a cool, summery taste, but I felt it was strongly alky, so I bought the Junmai Ginjo Nama. Dewa-no-Fuji is basically a fruity and sweet sake, so if you see it, please try it.

Almost no scent. On the palate, fruity, like ripe fruit! But then the richness and umami flood the palate afterward! There is also a slight effervescence, and the acidity and sharpness from the mid-palate are also nice! This is not the drinkability of a 20 degree Celsius! Full-bodied, but light and easy to drink. This is one of a series of uniformly labeled sake made with 100% Akita rice by 31 breweries in Akita Prefecture. This one uses 100% Miyamanishiki rice produced in Akita Prefecture. The aroma is slightly acidic. After a strong sweetness like that of wasanbon, there is a citric acidity and a bitter taste that comes down the throat. In a daiginjo glass, it is not enough, but in a straight glass, the sweetness, acidity, and bitterness all come together at once. Incidentally, the sweetness prevails. I wanted to buy the special honjozo since it was the talk of the town, but the shelves were empty because it was the end of the year. I bought it at Umemoto Sake Shop in Nishinakajima Minamikata. Probably the only distributor in Kansai. I think this is the only distributor in Kansai. They have a SNS and a website, but they don't really communicate much information, so I hadn't been to their store until now. The main brands they carry are Dewa no Fuji, Doukan (the Shiga one, not the Chiyoda brewery), Shuyooshi, Amano sake, and other sake from the Meimon Shukai. There may be others. It has a fruity ginjo aroma despite the low rice polishing. Fresh and sweet. Overall, it is refreshing and light. Also worth mentioning is the cost. This is only 880 yen including tax.

Grading: ☆☆☆☆ This night is zaru soba. It is a meal suitable for sake drinking. I'm not sure what to make of it. I'm not sure if I'll be able to find anything to go with it 😱😱😱😱. So I went to the nearest liquor store with my 🏃🏃♂️🏃🏃. I asked him what kind of sake goes well with soba, and he recommended me. Dewa no Tomishi ‾Akita's sake, but I drink it for the first time 😁👍 It has a mild aroma that doesn't interfere with the aroma of soba 😋. It has a subtle fruity aroma with a hint of rice flavor. In the mouth, you can feel a slight sweetness. But soon the spiciness is solid👍. A nice sourness in the aftertaste. It never snaps, but gently and peacefully disappears, leaving a slight sourness behind 🎶. No, this is delicious🤣. I slurp up the soba, and take a quick sip. It's a minor sake from Akita, but it's quite 💕. It's not glamorous, but it's quietly good ️✨👍😋 A good sake to have at home to relieve the anxiety ...I've been drinking a lot of modern sake lately, so this kind of sake is really good for my heart. I feel like I'm relaxing at home.

The one you hear a lot about these days. The one that is likely to become popular and win a gold medal at the awards ceremony. If this guy is a sumo wrestler, his name🕺 is sure to be a yokozuna. This is a semedyne-like scent. It's my first time. I might like it a lot. In the mouth, it is creamy and sweet. There is a little sourness. The aftertaste of astringency is followed by spiciness. I feel it. It's completely different from the direction I usually drink, but it's so good that I finished it while I was sipping it. This is 1100 yen including tax. I bought it after listening to the shop assistant talk about how this sake was made. It has a sweet, clean, melon-like aroma. There is no miscellaneous taste, and it has a soft sweetness, but also a clean taste. After a few days, the flavor comes out and it is a very delicious sake!
