R3BY sake. This sake was also sent to me by a relative on a trip to Akita. At first I thought of drinking it cold, but it was cold today, so I had it at room temperature. It is 100% Miyamanishiki from Akita Prefecture. The alcohol content is 17%. Thank you for the sake.
Dewa no Fuji Junmai-shu 70, 1236 yen (4-unit bottle)
Again, the usual question at the liquor store on my business trip: "Please tell me a good sake for under 1,500 yen! What kind of sake does the master who seems to know so much about sake like❓I've been drinking sweet and juicy lately. I have a good sake from Kochi....but it's only 1650 yen.... There are many sakes from Yamagata and Fukushima. This is the best sake in Cospa, introduced through a conversation like "It has a high aroma, doesn't it?
The attack with a moderate sweet aroma is a delicious one with a strong sweetness and bitterness coming in. This one is delicious 😋.
I selected 1236 yen instead of 1650 yen and have no regrets.
It is fresh like a fresh sake, probably because it is fire-brewed only once. It is quite sweet and fruity. There is a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste, but it tastes like apples and pineapples.
Similar to Kameizumi CEL-24.
It seems to be a product planned by a female brewer, just like the 369 we drank last time.
Mamma Mia reminds me of a musical movie or Mario 64.
The beautiful kaleidoscope-like label is impressive. The taste is sweet with a hint of bitterness at the end. It is refreshing and crisp, but the screw was unusually hard to open, so I think it should be improved.
The Junmai Unfiltered Nama-jyu I drank at the end of the year was cheaper and much tastier.
I don't know if it's because they use Miyamanishiki, but it tastes a little like the Jokigen I had the other day. A bit 🍇ish.
Dewa no Fuji, you were at last year's event, but is this the first time you're coming to the sake department in the basement?
This sake is difficult to obtain: 2 special dealers outside of Akita Prefecture. One in Osaka and one in Tokyo, I think.
I tasted this one too. It also had a cool, summery taste, but I felt it was strongly alky, so I bought the Junmai Ginjo Nama.
Dewa-no-Fuji is basically a fruity and sweet sake, so if you see it, please try it.
Good evening, bouken😄.
Although I'm from my hometown, I've only recently realized how good Dewa no Fuji is 😅💦.
I hate myself for not trying it before 😅💦.
It's a delicious and tasty sake that I like a lot ❣️.
Almost no scent.
On the palate, fruity, like ripe fruit!
But then the richness and umami flood the palate afterward!
There is also a slight effervescence, and the acidity and sharpness from the mid-palate are also nice!
This is not the drinkability of a 20 degree Celsius!
Full-bodied, but light and easy to drink.
Delicious!
Melon and steamed rice aroma. Sweetness and umami of melon in the mouth. A fresh acidity comes in and the taste is sharp and sharp. It is still very sweet, but the sharpness is so good that it gives a light impression. It is extremely delicious.
🕺🕺🕺🕺🕺
This is one of a series of uniformly labeled sake made with 100% Akita rice by 31 breweries in Akita Prefecture.
This one uses 100% Miyamanishiki rice produced in Akita Prefecture.
The aroma is slightly acidic.
After a strong sweetness like that of wasanbon, there is a citric acidity and a bitter taste that comes down the throat.
In a daiginjo glass, it is not enough, but in a straight glass, the sweetness, acidity, and bitterness all come together at once.
Incidentally, the sweetness prevails.
Production date: September 2021
Date of release: September 18, 2021
I wanted to buy the special honjozo since it was the talk of the town, but the shelves were empty because it was the end of the year. I wanted to buy Dewa-no-Fuji because it was the talk of the town, but the shelves were empty because it was the end of the year. I bought this one because it was the last one.
I bought it at Umemoto Sake Shop in Nishinakajima Minamikata. Probably the only distributor in Kansai. I think this is the only distributor in Kansai.
They have a SNS and a website, but they don't really communicate much information, so I hadn't been to their store until now.
The main brands they carry are Dewa no Fuji, Doukan (the Shiga one, not the Chiyoda brewery), Shuyooshi, Amano sake, and other sake from the Meimon Shukai. There may be others.
It has a fruity ginjo aroma despite the low rice polishing. Fresh and sweet. Overall, it is refreshing and light. Also worth mentioning is the cost. This is only 880 yen including tax.
The regular price is 880 yen, but it was 1100 yen at this store, which is a secret. I think they either added shipping costs or made a mistake because the regular price of the Special Honjozo is 1100 yen. Well, it's cheap even at 1100 yen.
Good morning, bouken ☀️.
It was introduced on social media at my favorite liquor store a little far from here. I've never heard of it.
I'm sure you've heard of it.
But I went through it 💦.
Whoa, I️ am so curious!
I should have gone and bought it🤣.
Even then I wondered why the special honjozo was more expensive⁉️ and for a moment, hmmm🤔.
My comptroller (lol) worked😭.
Now I regret it 😱.
Good morning, T.KISO ☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I was at the event at Hankyu department store and it was treated like a next breakthrough candidate 😯The price difference may be because the rice for the special honjozo is Miyamanishiki 🤔.
I bought three bottles of Akita Shun Ginjo today, and although there were no breweries I was familiar with, I was looking forward to it. It's 16 degrees, but it's got a dark taste, sweetness and bitterness.
Grading: ☆☆☆☆
This night is zaru soba.
It is a meal suitable for sake drinking.
I'm not sure what to make of it.
I'm not sure if I'll be able to find anything to go with it 😱😱😱😱.
So I went to the nearest liquor store with my 🏃🏃♂️🏃🏃.
I asked him what kind of sake goes well with soba, and he recommended me.
Dewa no Tomishi ‾Akita's sake, but I drink it for the first time 😁👍
It has a mild aroma that doesn't interfere with the aroma of soba 😋.
It has a subtle fruity aroma with a hint of rice flavor.
In the mouth, you can feel a slight sweetness.
But soon the spiciness is solid👍.
A nice sourness in the aftertaste.
It never snaps, but gently and peacefully disappears, leaving a slight sourness behind 🎶.
No, this is delicious🤣.
I slurp up the soba, and take a quick sip.
It's a minor sake from Akita, but it's quite 💕.
It's not glamorous, but it's quietly good ️✨👍😋
A good sake to have at home to relieve the anxiety
...I've been drinking a lot of modern sake lately, so this kind of sake is really good for my heart.
I feel like I'm relaxing at home.
T.KISO Good evening ^ ^
The sake shop owner made a great choice for pinpointing the best sake for soba.
It was the best sake to go with soba, not the third one ☺️.
Good evening, T.KISO 😃🌃.
I've read your review and it's right up my alley.
I'm not sure if I'm a fan of the modern fruity, but I prefer a less overbearing drink when I'm eating 👍.
Manta-san, good evening😄.
According to the old man of the sake shop, this is the third sake in the series of Junmai-shu using the yeast from the brewery, so it was named "Sanban". The third in the prefecture?
But it was the best one to go with soba noodles😆.
Maa., good evening😄.
There are some drinks that say they are the ultimate food wine, but this is a wonderfully delicious food wine👍.
It doesn't have to be ultimate, just gentle and quiet.
That's how I feel about this sake😆.
Good evening, T.KISO.
Sake is good to go with soba.
It's one of the best luxuries to drink chilled sake with "Tenzaru".
I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it, but I'm sure I'll be able to make it.
Good evening, Haruei Chichi😄.
I️ know you very well.
A sake brewery in Yajima town at the foot of Mt. Chokai has been brewing a sake called Dewa no Fuji for a long time😆.
It's a Yokozuna class name 😁👍.
Hello, T.KISO!
I've never seen this before!
but this looks delicious🤩!
I love modern sake, but it's nice to have a taste of something that makes you feel relaxed🎶.
I haven't been able to go back to my parents' house lately, so I'm even more curious lol
Hello, Mr. Kanon 😄!
It's a minor sake from Akita 💦.
But it has a really comforting taste that makes me feel nostalgic, like I'm relaxing on the porch of my grandparents' house in the country😭.
The one you hear a lot about these days. The one that is likely to become popular and win a gold medal at the awards ceremony. If this guy is a sumo wrestler, his name🕺 is sure to be a yokozuna.
This is a semedyne-like scent. It's my first time. I might like it a lot.
In the mouth, it is creamy and sweet. There is a little sourness. The aftertaste of astringency is followed by spiciness. I feel it.
It's completely different from the direction I usually drink, but it's so good that I finished it while I was sipping it. This is 1100 yen including tax. The problem is that it's too minor to be sold in too many stores😂.
🕺🕺🕺🕺
Dewa no Fuji is my recent boom. It happened to be a recommended sake at the shop. The aroma is mild and the acidity is not too strong, so it's refreshing to drink. But I wonder how to get this.
I bought it after listening to the shop assistant talk about how this sake was made.
It has a sweet, clean, melon-like aroma.
There is no miscellaneous taste, and it has a soft sweetness, but also a clean taste.
After a few days, the flavor comes out and it is a very delicious sake!
