Hankyu Brewery Festival ④
This is my personal favorite brewery, but I visit Hankyu several times a year and the only distributor in Kansai is Umemoto Sake Shop in Nishinakajima-Minamikata, so I have not been able to drink it.... There must be very few distributors nationwide.
I tasted the following
Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu 369
Junmai nigori sake Omboloyuki
Urushinoh
Daiginjo Shizukutori Chokai Honor
I bought and drank 369 in the past, so I omitted it.
Oboroyuki is sweet and I like it a lot.
Urushinoh is said to be Hitomebore, which is a rice produced outside of the standard range.
It has a good taste of rice and moderate sweetness. The acidity is impressive. Toward the end, there is a Sakura Masamune-like feeling of the sake, perhaps because it is made with No. 1 yeast.
The Daiginjo was just as good as usual.
The brewer seemed quiet and talked a lot.
He seemed quiet and talked a lot. He reacted to my watch, and when I asked him about it, he said he was curious about the watches other people were wearing. His watch also had a unique look, but he said he didn't like watches.
Hello bouken!
I've forgotten how hard it is to find this brand 😳I forgot to drink it 😅😅.
I forgot to drink it 😳 Interesting brewer, isn't it? I don't even like it but I'm curious 🤣.
Hi Ponchan 😃
I think women will like it because there are a lot of gentle sweet drinks overall😊Mamma Mia is especially recommended 😋I'm sure you'll be an interesting person to get to know 🤣.
Sato Sake Brewery
Dewa no Fuji Urushinoh
Sake commemorating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Sannai Touji Kumiai
The brewery is located in Yajima-cho, Yurihonjo City, Akita Prefecture.
Hitomebore" rice produced in Akita prefecture is polished to 60%.
Junmai Ginjo specs, but cannot be named because it is made from rice outside of the standard range.
but it cannot be named as such because it is a non-equal rice.
The oldest Association yeast "Kyokai Ichi-go Yeast" is used.
The oldest Association yeast, "Kyokai Ichi-go Yeast" is used.
Mellow and juicy aroma,
soft rice flavor, gentle acidity
and a mild and elegant finish.
#Japanese Sake
Elegant and dry.
The impression is of fresh aroma and steamed rice aroma living together. After a gentle sweet and sour taste, a fresh sweet umami taste takes over, and it finishes nicely with a lingering spicy and slightly bitter taste.
It was drunk on its own, but it would be delicious with a meal.
Dewa no Fuji" booth, Sato Sake Brewery, Akita Prefecture.
Dewa-no-Fuji" which I had learned from bouken.
The only information I learned beforehand was that Dewa-no-Fuji = Chokaisan😅.
In the introduction of the brewery's products, all the labels were retro classic labels, but in the tasting, I was attracted to the products with fashionable and particular labels 😊.
There was a design on the back of the label so that you can see the other design from the other side, they also pay attention to this stylishness if you can't see it 😁.
This was the "Tokusen Dewa no Fuji Special Honjozo Nama" and I was surprised to see that it was a raw Honjozo 😲.
It has a hint of honjozo, but it's understated.
We also tasted "Junmai Ginjo Mamma Mia!" and "Junmai Daiginjo Komachi Duo".
Komachi Duo was brewed with Akita Sake Komachi and Komachi yeast, hence the name.
I can't remember the taste if I remember it from other explanations😅.
Hi Nemuchi 😊
The special honjozo draft used to be less than 1000 yen, but they raised the price quite a bit 💦 Mamma Mia, quite sweet and fire-roasted but fresh, my personal favorite sake 😍.
R3BY sake. This sake was also sent to me by a relative on a trip to Akita. At first I thought of drinking it cold, but it was cold today, so I had it at room temperature. It is 100% Miyamanishiki from Akita Prefecture. The alcohol content is 17%. Thank you for the sake.
Dewa no Fuji Junmai-shu 70, 1236 yen (4-unit bottle)
Again, the usual question at the liquor store on my business trip: "Please tell me a good sake for under 1,500 yen! What kind of sake does the master who seems to know so much about sake like❓I've been drinking sweet and juicy lately. I have a good sake from Kochi....but it's only 1650 yen.... There are many sakes from Yamagata and Fukushima. This is the best sake in Cospa, introduced through a conversation like "It has a high aroma, doesn't it?
The attack with a moderate sweet aroma is a delicious one with a strong sweetness and bitterness coming in. This one is delicious 😋.
I selected 1236 yen instead of 1650 yen and have no regrets.
It is fresh like a fresh sake, probably because it is fire-brewed only once. It is quite sweet and fruity. There is a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste, but it tastes like apples and pineapples.
Similar to Kameizumi CEL-24.
It seems to be a product planned by a female brewer, just like the 369 we drank last time.
Mamma Mia reminds me of a musical movie or Mario 64.
The beautiful kaleidoscope-like label is impressive. The taste is sweet with a hint of bitterness at the end. It is refreshing and crisp, but the screw was unusually hard to open, so I think it should be improved.
The Junmai Unfiltered Nama-jyu I drank at the end of the year was cheaper and much tastier.
I don't know if it's because they use Miyamanishiki, but it tastes a little like the Jokigen I had the other day. A bit 🍇ish.
Dewa no Fuji, you were at last year's event, but is this the first time you're coming to the sake department in the basement?
This sake is difficult to obtain: 2 special dealers outside of Akita Prefecture. One in Osaka and one in Tokyo, I think.
I tasted this one too. It also had a cool, summery taste, but I felt it was strongly alky, so I bought the Junmai Ginjo Nama.
Dewa-no-Fuji is basically a fruity and sweet sake, so if you see it, please try it.
Good evening, bouken😄.
Although I'm from my hometown, I've only recently realized how good Dewa no Fuji is 😅💦.
I hate myself for not trying it before 😅💦.
It's a delicious and tasty sake that I like a lot ❣️.
Almost no scent.
On the palate, fruity, like ripe fruit!
But then the richness and umami flood the palate afterward!
There is also a slight effervescence, and the acidity and sharpness from the mid-palate are also nice!
This is not the drinkability of a 20 degree Celsius!
Full-bodied, but light and easy to drink.
Delicious!
