Last week I visited Dewano-Fuji at Hankyu Department Store, but I went to Umemoto Sake-ten in Nishinakajima because I thought I could find more variety at a special distributor. (Note that they have moved from the location shown on the map of Sake-no-wa, and they have a corner bar inside after 4:00 p.m.) I was a bit lost, so I asked the waitress and she let me try a sample. Melon-like fruity sweet taste. Slightly refreshing? It was delicious, but Junmai Arabashiri seemed rarer, so I bought that one 😊.

Dewa-no-Fuji Sanban Brewing Unfiltered unpasteurized sake I got this from my father-in-law. It is delicious! I'm kind of happy when I find something that is not fruity and tastes good. It has a rounded flavor and is fluffy and delicious and goes with any meal. I wonder how much it costs. I would like to buy it again 8/10

Sato Sake Brewery Dewa no Fuji Junmai Nigori Sake Oborozuki The brewery is located in Yajima-cho, Yurihonjo City, Akita Prefecture. Ginsan" rice produced in Akita Prefecture is polished to 70%. The yeast is "AKITA Yukiguni Yeast UT-1". Soft rice aroma, thick and full-bodied, with a gentle and smooth mouthfeel. Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ I'm a little curious about this brand, Dewa no Fuji🍶. It's something good 🎶. This time it's AKITA Yukiguni Yeast Jungin no Nama ❣️ AKITA snow country yeast is my favorite yeast because of its gorgeous aroma😘. I'll take it right away 😋. It smells so much like apples💕! And sweet ‼️ Soooo sweet ‼️ It's like a dessert wine! The slight alcohol taste that comes at the end is typical of Dewa no Fuji 😆👍

Hi Pon 😊 There are two types of this yeast, UT-1 is apple-based and UT-2 is banana-based. The apple type has a longer lasting aroma and still smells gorgeous after 3-4 days 🎶. It is a combination of the sweetness of this alcohol and the juices 💕

This is the second sake using No.1 yeast. Raspberry aroma. Although it is not jungin because it is made with out-of-spec rice, the juicy sweet-sourness and umami are a good match!

The 8th brewery of "Hankyu Brewery Festival 2023". Dewa no Fuji" by Sato Shuzo Brewery, Akita Prefecture When we came to the department store in June for a tasting and sale, there was still some "Urushinoh" that was probably sold out and could not be brought 😁. Junmai nigori sake Oboroyuki 🔴. Dewa no Fuji Urushinoh Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake 369-Miroku Junmai Nigori Sake Oboroyuki" had a strong rice flavor, but was less impressive. Dewa no Fuji Urushinou is a commemorative sake for the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Yamauchi Toji Association, brewed with the oldest yeast, No.1 yeast, from rice grown by the "seven Urushinou" farmers. Whenever I drink sake made with No.1 yeast, I always think it tastes primitive and unpolished in a good way, and I have the same impression with this one. The flavor is stronger than when I tasted it in June 🤔. Junmai Ginjyo Nama Sake 369-Miroku- is unique in that it is labeled on the back of the front label and tastes fresh.

Hankyu Brewery Festival ④ This is my personal favorite brewery, but I visit Hankyu several times a year and the only distributor in Kansai is Umemoto Sake Shop in Nishinakajima-Minamikata, so I have not been able to drink it.... There must be very few distributors nationwide. I tasted the following Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu 369 Junmai nigori sake Omboloyuki Urushinoh Daiginjo Shizukutori Chokai Honor I bought and drank 369 in the past, so I omitted it. Oboroyuki is sweet and I like it a lot. Urushinoh is said to be Hitomebore, which is a rice produced outside of the standard range. It has a good taste of rice and moderate sweetness. The acidity is impressive. Toward the end, there is a Sakura Masamune-like feeling of the sake, perhaps because it is made with No. 1 yeast. The Daiginjo was just as good as usual. The brewer seemed quiet and talked a lot. He seemed quiet and talked a lot. He reacted to my watch, and when I asked him about it, he said he was curious about the watches other people were wearing. His watch also had a unique look, but he said he didn't like watches.

Sato Sake Brewery Dewa no Fuji Urushinoh   Sake commemorating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Sannai Touji Kumiai The brewery is located in Yajima-cho, Yurihonjo City, Akita Prefecture. Hitomebore" rice produced in Akita prefecture is polished to 60%. Junmai Ginjo specs, but cannot be named because it is made from rice outside of the standard range. but it cannot be named as such because it is a non-equal rice. The oldest Association yeast "Kyokai Ichi-go Yeast" is used. The oldest Association yeast, "Kyokai Ichi-go Yeast" is used. Mellow and juicy aroma, soft rice flavor, gentle acidity and a mild and elegant finish. #Japanese Sake

Elegant and dry. The impression is of fresh aroma and steamed rice aroma living together. After a gentle sweet and sour taste, a fresh sweet umami taste takes over, and it finishes nicely with a lingering spicy and slightly bitter taste.
