Dewa no Fuji is my recent boom. It happened to be a recommended sake at the shop. The aroma is mild and the acidity is not too strong, so it's refreshing to drink. But I wonder how to get this.
I bought it after listening to the shop assistant talk about how this sake was made.
It has a sweet, clean, melon-like aroma.
There is no miscellaneous taste, and it has a soft sweetness, but also a clean taste.
After a few days, the flavor comes out and it is a very delicious sake!
