I had a glass of it at a stylish corner grocery store with a cute package of "Hatsuyukiso" with an apple logo on it. I recently had a chance to get into aged sake. I bought a bottle of Mine no Yuki 17BY. When I warmed it up in the chirori, it was delicious. It has a chocolatey flavor and goes well with cheese and salami. It's great in winter when it's hot.
