It is "Yamayuki" from Mine-no-setsu Shuzo Brewery.
It is labeled as low-alcohol and easy to drink.
It is light and easy to drink.
It is not so sweet.

I had a glass of it at a stylish corner grocery store with a cute package of "Hatsuyukiso" with an apple logo on it.
It was refreshing and not like sake in a good way, and I was able to enjoy it very much on a hot day!
The waitress recommended dried firefly squid as a snack. We opened a small bag of dried squid that was also on the shelf. I found a good place!
