This is also my first Aradama.
I see that Wada Sake Brewery is located in Kahokucho. I go to a nearby meat soba restaurant about once a year, but I didn't do my research...
The aroma is very fruity 🍈🍇.
The sweetness is spread out and nice to the palate.
I'm not sure if it's a bit sharp or a bit alcoholic 😂. It also has a slight alcohol taste 😂.
I think it is delicious enough on its own, but I think it would be even better with Japanese food!

The first of the Limited Hanpukai's 28th June delivery is Aradama.
It's been 10 minutes since I took it out of the fridge to write this (p_-), and I'm drinking it cold (**), gorgeous and soft. It is gorgeous and soft. I noticed something while waiting for the sake to warm up. This sake has a very nice aftertaste. Time to heat up the sake. The flavor is amazing!

The 3rd "Japan's Best Sake Prefecture Yamagata" Fair, one of the largest sake tasting events in Yamagata Prefecture, was held at a special plaza in front of the Yamagata Prefectural Culture and Arts Center from June 1 (Sat) to 2 (Sun), 2024.
It has been a long time since I have had "Aradama" (*^^*).
We had a 720ml bottle, so we luxuriously warmed it up first, and the result was.... The result was.........
It smells deeper than summer sake, it's not old-fashioned, and you can drink it heated, room temperature, or chilled. I felt the "good hearted attitude" of the maker.
I slowly warmed up the second sake with Denroku (Yamagata) as a side dish, and just like the first sake, when I "kama-kama" it was a great experience. I'm so glad I had Aradama buy it for me....
I think I caught a glimpse of the reason why they continue to be loved in the delicious Yamagata Prefecture. Memo to my future self who is unsure about the decision to buy sake_φ(____... Don't hesitate and get the Aradama, I wish you all the best~ m(_ _ _)m
