MICHIIt was a dry sake with a very sharp taste. It had a nice umami taste and bitterness, and went well with a variety of tsumami (Japanese rice wine).

We had this with oden🍢.
Just right. It is also good with oden soup. I don't know if the oden broth is better or the sake is better, but at any rate, it has a good balance of umami, acidity, sweetness, and brain.
Thank you Kigawaya for the delicious sake 🍶.

I like Touhoku Izumi because it is mildly umakuchi but also has a gentle floral flavor that is typical of the Tohoku region.
This slightly omachi has the same gentle flavor and aroma of Omachi, a great combination of the best of both worlds.
I love it!
tomoTohokuizumi Junmai Daiginjo Mt.
First business trip of the year. I went to La Mou, which was introduced on a local morning TV program, to buy some very inexpensive side dishes, and then went to my usual liquor store! The master recommended this bottle to me again today, as I have won 3 out of 3 races so far. First of all, it is the best Junmai Daiginjo👍The aroma...mmm...it definitely has a delicious aroma. ...... The first attack is sweet and juicy! The first attack is sweet and juicy, and then it is cut off by a slight spiciness.........strawberry 🍓 aroma and taste remains, a fruity flavor that I have never had before‼️
Just started this year, but ranked #1 this year.
