This "Tohoku Izumi" was purchased at a sake shop near the Takagi Sake Brewery.
I bought it at a liquor store near the Takagi Sake Brewery ❣️
There were many different sake rice varieties.
I'm going to go with "Sake Mirai" 😉.

I had to stop by all the liquor stores that I had researched and checked out thoroughly☝️
Everything from the ones that looked like country stores to the ones that were just like a general store (lol).
Anyway, I stopped by 15 or 16 🤣.
And... we came across... the Asahi Hawk ✨✨.
I got it after 14 shops 🎉😆🙌!
It was a bit like a dream, I almost cried 😂😂.
