It looks like this was another tasting sample from the liquor store.
Takayuu Junmai Ginjyo Araubashiri Unfiltered Nama-narashu.
It seems to be made from Yamadanishiki and Tamaei, and the acidity is not too bad.
The Takayuu I drank before was not so good, as if they forgot the umami somewhere, but this time it was delicious.

It is a dry sake! It's a bit dry, but it's still refreshing and easy to drink.
Goes well with crab 🦀 and fish 🐟😆.
Drinking sake with a snowy landscape in the background was also exceptional ☃️🍶

It has a clear dry taste similar to that of Akagisan. It has a rich, protein-rich flavor and a crisp, dry taste.
