The word "limited" makes me weak 😅. The owner of the liquor store told me that it was very spicy, so I bought it, but when I tried it, I found that it had a fruity taste and a hint of bitterness that balanced it out nicely 😚. I've never tried Tottori sake before, but it's good. I finished it in two days 🤤.

A freshly squeezed sake full of sweetness. However, it does not have the sweetness of amazake. The sweetness lingers in the back of the mouth for a while and then disappears. There is no acidity or miscellaneous flavors, making it a fresh sake. It is a sake to be enjoyed slowly and without snacks.

The mouthfeel is so gentle that it is hard to believe that the wine has been aged for 5 years. It has a crisp umami flavor with a moderate spiciness and astringency on the back end. I felt it had an excellent balance as a food sake. It is a good all-around sake.

Commentary. A dry man's sake in junmai ginjo! Smooth dry sake made with 50% polished rice and fermented at low temperature for a long time! The taste has been stripped of its sweetness. Delicious.

Personal preference 3.8/5 Rice polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol content 15~16 I went on a trip to Tottori🚗³₃. Actually, this was the first time for me to go there properly. Did you go to Misasa Onsen, the hot spring was so nice ♨️ The public open-air bath under the bridge in the 4th picture is very open and I didn't go in because I was too shy 🥹՞. We had Takayuu at the ryokan. According to the sake analysis, it was dry and umami type, but the taste was.... My first impression is that it's clear and easy to drink! I couldn't taste much dryness or umami, but I could feel a lot of rice in the aftertaste... Finally, I was able to eat crab and I was satisfied 🦀🦀🦀. Thank you very much for the food 🙏🙏🙏.

Hello Pon-chan 💭. I had a pot of Matsuba crab and a miso soup of Seko crab 😋. We didn't have any shells, so we couldn't have any sake 😭. The bath was great! The open-air bath is designed so that you can't see it from the outside, but it's very hot lol.

Yamanaka Sake Shop at Ekimarche Osaka the third drink I wanted a dry sake, so I chose this one! As described in the description, it is "dry with a touch of dryness and a touch of sweetness cut off." The first sip is refreshingly crisp and spicy! The sashimi went well with the entrée 😆. I like the dry taste. 〰︎ I'm sure I'll get addicted to this one too.

How to drink:Room temperature Aroma: Pure sake aroma, not fruity. Taste: A slight sweetness is felt for a moment immediately after taking a sip, but the sweetness is immediately erased by a slightly stronger acidity. And the aftertaste is refreshing. The "Octopus and Broccoli Basil Salad" that I bought at Seven on the same day went very well with the sake. I realized that sake and basil go well together.
