It will be Asakayousei Yamada Nishiki 🍶.
The aroma is sweet and full-bodied with a mild heady aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a full-bodied sweetness that is typical of refined Yamadanishiki, with a hint of astringency that will finish you off.
Asakayousei has had Ginfukiyuki, Kumakawake, and this Yamada-Nishiki, and it was interesting that each sake rice had its own unique aroma.
The aroma was not strong, but each had a very nice aroma.
It was delicious 🍶✨.
Good evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo 😃.
I'm glad to see that you are drinking Asakayasheng in various forms 😆.
I like all of them, but the green labeled Shiga Watership Rokugou is my favorite 😁.
I can't read it. I can't read it.
It is gorgeous and feels beautiful on the palate, but the roughness comes shortly after.
Finishes with a citrusy bitterness on the back end. ‼️
I like this balance too!
It was delicious ❣️
I found this at Nemoto's, which has expanded into the Susukino area.
The main store was a bit far from my house, so I had never been there before, but I was surprised to find that they also carry this kind of sake, which I look forward to in the future.
Hello Sana D 🐦.
I'm glad you're drinking sake from the nearest brewery 😊I'm glad you're drinking sake that you can only find in Shiga and Kyoto in the Kansai area 😳‼️ please keep in touch with me 😆🙏.
Good morning, Mr. Ponchan♪
I see, it is a brewery with which you have a connection.
I liked it a lot,
I was thinking of drinking something different next time.
This is Asakayo's "Bear's Hollow" (熊蟄穴🧸).
According to the explanation on the back label, "bear hibernation" corresponds to the time of year when bears hibernate in their holes (December 12-16), which is one of the 72 weather conditions.
The top aroma is not strong, but it has a gorgeous fruity aroma.
It has an elegant and juicy sweetness on the palate.
The taste is quite refreshing.
It is a very beautiful and delicious sake.
Good evening, Pon-chan.
I've only had Asakaya Sei, Ginbukiyo, and Yamadanishiki, but they were all in the same vein.
It was like a beautiful sake with elegant sweetness and little bitterness.
Dry, good sharpness, deep flavor.
Firing, no fatigue,
Deep flavor and elegant aroma.
It is a good sake that makes you want to drink it all the time and forever!
It is a good sake that makes you want to drink it all the time.
You can get this quality for about ³,600 for a 720ml bottle.
Sake is excellent. Thank you!
Asakayo, this is my first time here.
The first aroma is slightly sweet.
In the mouth, it is refreshingly sweet with a hint of sourness.
It was quite delicious.
Hi Matsuchiyo 😃
I think it's almost only distributed in Shiga, Kyoto and Osaka, so it's rare to be able to drink Asakayousei in Kanto 😆.
The unique taste of Asakayousei is addictive 😋.
Good evening bouken 🍶.
Is it that rare?
I know your favorite bar regularly stocks Asakaya.
I drank a bottle of Kumakawana today as well😇.
It was delicious and aromatic.
Aroma and effervescence during fermentation.
Natural lactic acidity, amino and umami.
Pungent taste on the back of the tongue.
Good mildness when drunk warmed.
8.5
The moment I entered the restaurant, I was told that they had asa kayo 🤣.
It wasn't on the menu though 🙄.
It was open-mouthed.
It was fresh, concentrated and thick with flavor.
Good evening, bouken😄
The moment you enter the restaurant, you are talking about alcohol, and the restaurant knows who you are 😁.
Asakayo is also a difficult to read brand name! It was not registered in the user dictionary of my phone, so I added it 😄.
Hi Ponchan 😃
I thought it might be a bear pit but it's not, it's an unknown asachayo 😳I was shown the bottle as soon as I entered and told I was going to drink it anyway. I was told 🤣they usually have some kind of asachaiocere here👍.
Hi Aladdin 😃
I'm not sure if it's written but I'm often told that there are some 😁It's convenient to register because it's a pain to enter every time 😆I'm going to copy you too👍.
At first, I felt the attack was a bit strong due to the slightly higher alcohol content for me, but as the day went on, the sweetness and acidity of the fruit began to come to the forefront and transformed pleasantly. I enjoyed it on the tongue for a while and also enjoyed the aftertaste.
Pichi-Pichi-Pichi-Pichi-Pichi-Pichi-Pichi-Pichi-Pichi-Pichi
feeling of green vegetable
I think it will change if it's kept for a while.
A touch of acidity
Light touch that you wouldn't think it was 17
