The sake we opened today is Asakayousei from Shiga Prefecture 😀.
I have no memory of how this sake came to our house 🤣.
It was sitting in our fridge without my knowledge 😅.
I think I probably bought it at some store where it was recommended to me, but I don't know where... I'm sure bouken-san would know where he bought it from or even the store 😀.
It said be careful when opening the bottle.
I opened the bottle carefully, but it still blew out a little and the contents were automatically stirred 🤣.
The aroma and taste are both moderately fruity and slightly pungent with a nice accent 😀.
The alcohol content is 13%, but it was a solid and tasty sake that didn't feel low-alcohol at all 😀.

I got this sake at an antenna store in Shiga. The grapefruit-like acidity and bitterness was so summery that I quickly emptied it out. The cover was cool too, and it was Junmai Dry Taste!

But personally, I like Nagamasa Asai.
There are many other splendid members such as Hashiba of Nagahama, Ii of Hikone, Akechi of Sakamoto, Ishida of Sawayama, and so on.

So I bought some at the local supermarket.

Mild aroma
The sweetness and umami taste is typical of sake, but the acidity makes it easy to drink.
The spiciness comes at the end to tighten the taste.
When served with yuzu-flavored grilled mackerel sushi, it has a strong flavor on its own, but it is easy to drink while still tasting the rice.
I felt the taste was refreshing!
It is good during a meal!
