Good evening Pon-chan 😀 I was really surprised at the gap since I drank it for the first time 😳It was quite my favorite type 💕It was the first time for me to drink Shiga Prefecture's sake 😮.
Yesterday, I visited Inuyama Castle, Hikone Castle, and other five national treasures, which I had longed to visit!
We enjoyed "Omi Champon" and "Tenri Ramen" on the way and stayed overnight in Nara. I had a drink at "Asakayu" in Shiga and "Umenoyado" in Nara.
First, "Asakayousei"!
When I opened the bottle, the aroma was fresh and fruity, like apples and pears.
The mouthfeel is smooth and the main taste is dry, acidic and astringent. It has a mellow, grape-like flavor with a hint of sweetness that makes it enjoyable on its own!
The wine is beautifully integrated and the assertion of umami is as modest as a gentle breeze, so you can drink it with gusto, just like the lord on the label ✨.
stst, welcome to Shiga!
I guess you can't miss the 5 national treasure castles 😆Congratulations on your visit to 🎉Explore the Mountains!
Asakayo has such a cute label 😳Mizukagami looks like wine and I like it. ❣️ If you have a chance, please do!
Good evening, Pon-chan!
I visited Shiga for a short time! The view of Lake Biwa from Hikone Castle and Omi Champon were great 🫡.
Asakayo mizukagami.... I'll try to aim for it when I visit Shiga again ✨
