Next is Asakayo's new sake. There was so much damage that the Kanji character for this year is bear. We need to have them stay in their holes as per the bear's estate.

The first new sake I got this year is Sekireinaku-san from Hirai-san in Shiga, Kochira 😀.
It's written in kanji on the label, but it was a bit difficult to convert 😅.
I actually visited the sake brewery in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture this spring, but was unable to visit because it was just closed 🤣.
The aroma was so gorgeous that it was more like Jungin than Tokujun, and the taste was full of fruitiness😇.
I really want to visit the brewery next time 😇

I asked for a standard sake, and this was the hi-ire junmai sake. It has a lively acidity that is typical of junmai sake.
◉Hokufunji Junmai Ginjo
This sake has a strong acidity and a sake-like quality. It also has an astringent taste, which I don't like.
Asakayousei Junmai Daiginjo
A retro label with an austere taste. It is elegant and clear, but lacks one more characteristic.

I gave it to someone else to sample first, and he was able to drink the first sip. It took 3-4 minutes to open and close the bottle. It had a nice rice flavor and a dry bitter aftertaste.
