First time in a long time at the General's restaurant.
It's an orizake of Asakayou 🍶.
They have it in a plastic bottle because it is very active 🤔.
The top aroma is a slight sweet aroma of rice.
Milky and silky rice sweetness in the mouth.
The sweetness is just right and the lees are well strained, smooth on the palate and very much to my liking 😊.
It was delicious 🍶✨️

This is a Sandesi (300ml bottle) from Kosetsu (Fushe) ☃️ that I have been curious about for a while!
From the supernatant □□□.
Pale yellow-green in appearance, with a soft gas bubble 🫧 with a shrieking sound.
The aroma is sweet and fresh.
Aromas of slightly young green melon and moderately ripe banana.
Refreshing acidity that leaves a slight hint of koji and rice cake-like rice aroma.
There is a lively gas-like stimulation, a moderately rounded sweetness, and a soft acidity with a sense of tailings.
From the mid-palate, there is a sense of rice and a clean umami flavor, and a sharp finish that seems to disappear.
The lingering finish is moderate and leaves a slight bitterness.
The sake is well mixed with the tailings and served nigoridashi.
Warm greenish color, with gas bubbles rising in puffs 🫧.
The aroma is very fresh and sweet.

They have quite a lot of Omi sake, and it was cheap and looked drunken with the 3 sake tasting and drinking comparison: ☺️
It's super easy to drink and it's Sandesi, so I finished it in no time at all 😁.

I enjoyed it last year, but I didn't know where I had bought it.
It was a very easy-drinking sake with a low alcohol content of 13% and a strong Junmai flavor, and it was also very fruity and had a firm chirichiri-feeling characteristic of active nigori...all the keywords that we love in our house!
If I see it again, I will definitely buy it again😇.

I would like to drink a variety of Omi sake from Shiga Prefecture in the future, so I started with a Sandeshi I bought at a supermarket for ease.
It is a special junmai Shiga Watabunejo Rokugo (No. 6) from Asajinou (Asajinou).
Hirai Shoten, the brewer of Asajyu, is located in a shopping street and is really a "store"!
The exterior is a slightly pale yellow-green crystal.
The aroma is sweet and mild.
Aromas of ripe melon and banana.
Sweet and fresh aroma of beautiful koji rice.
Rice aroma like freshly pounded rice cake.
The texture is smooth on the palate.
At the same time as the sweetness of the rice, a very refreshing and cool acidity spreads over the tongue and into the mouth.
