A female toji, she and her husband explore sake together. The brewery has no employees and is a small, family-sized brewery.
Junmai Daiginjo Annon Hi-iri
The mouthfeel is clear, but there is a strong acidity and bitterness that can be felt in the aftertaste.
Junmai Katsudo Nigori Kosetsu Nama
You can taste the flavor of rice on the lees, but it is clearer and drier than expected.
Nama Hashiwado Kaeru Hi-iri
Aged for 2 years. It is quite mellow and umami, and is easy to drink because it does not have a sake-like feel.

I like this sake brewery, but there are not many in Toyama, so I feel like I can only drink it here.
It is on the dry side, which I like, and has a nice acidity.
