Normal sake 🍶F60✨ 麴米/五百万石🌾っかけ米/こしいぶき🌾.
One person's 0th party before the banquet😅.
Sweet. A little heavy? I thought it was a little heavy, but it went down my throat smoothly. It's good without being sticky. It's gentle when it's served on a flat plate. Good with geso wasabi 👍Great with pickled turnips 😋.
F60 is a normal sake, 60% polished rice.

It is very gentle on the palate. The sweetness of clean rice spreads gradually in the mouth. It also goes down the throat gently, but at the end you can feel the freshness of sake. A clean, gentle sake that retains the high road. ⭐️4.6
A new daiginjo with the initial "S" of Supreme, which stands for "supreme," has been added to the Manjushugami alphabet line.
The best rice of the year was carefully selected and polished to 30% of the rice used by Manjukagami for the brewing process.
This is the best of all Manjukagami's products, and is the only one in the company's existing product lineup with a rice polishing ratio of 30%.
It tastes like "I've never tasted anything like this before.

Manjukagami's limited edition sake. It is a regular sake with a 40% rice polishing ratio and is super light. The person next to me bought 6 bottles of this sake, and I was drawn to it. It was clear and colorless, with a very refreshing taste, and I could drink it easily (laugh). It was my favorite type of sake.
Maskagami's Manshugami F40!
F40, a Daiginjo-class regular sake brewed from top-grade Koshitanrei rice polished to 40% and now the origin of Muskagami's popular alphabet line, is a "slightly out of the ordinary regular sake" shipped only in November and December! It has been a long time since I last drank it.
Gorgeous, slightly sweet, rice aroma,
It is smooth and slightly smooth,
It has a soft and rounded sweetness,
It is polished to 40%, but still has a firm umami flavor.
It has a clear, clean and delicious taste,
Clear, clean and crisp,
Aromatic and light,
It is delicious!
Don't be fooled by the price for a regular sake.
It is a cosy daiginjo.

Niigata, a drinking train trip
This magnificent building is a station!
When I arrived at the station, it was the meeting place for a children's group excursion. When I arrived at the station, it was the meeting place for a children's group field trip.
There is a station in the center of the city.
This Manjushugami cup of sake is what we call a regular sake, but it's also delicious 😋.
It's easy to drink, but you can feel the umami flavor and no cloying taste.
It goes perfectly with Kaki no tane (persimmon seeds) also from Niigata 👌
My son went on a business trip to Niigata and got this as a souvenir😍.
It's a 20 degree sake, brewed with Gohyakumangoku (five hundred million stone), and seems to be a hiyaoroshi spec after one summer.
My impression is that it is a light and dry sake. It is good cold or on the rocks. But this kind of sake is best when heated. Delicious 🍶😋😋😋😋
Really delicious. It's the best sake I've ever had, even though I bought it at a sake camp in Niigata Prefecture. Soft, really well balanced, but with good caraham.
